System Management Theory Research From The Perspective Of Lazlo's Grand Evolutionary Synthesis

In order to further promote and deepen the research of system management theory,we must have a deeper understanding of the ideology of general system theory and system evolution theory in philosophy.Laszlo's systematic grand evolutionary synthesis pushes the development of contemporary systems theory to the philosophical height of dynamic evolution.Many new phenomena and discoveries in management practice can be effectively explained by the ideas of Laszlo's evolutionary theory.This paper will find a new path for the transformation of system management theory from static mode to dynamic mode in the perspective of Lazlo's theory of evolution,combined with the historical evolution of system management theory.Through the reflection on the main ideas of Beta Langfei's general system theory,this paper takes the systematic management theory school represented by Custer as the research object,analyzes the ontology and methodology of the ideological basis of system management theory,and explores the advantages,characteristics and problems of the system management theory.Through the reflection of the phylogenetic paradigm and its application scope based on the complexity science established by Razlo,the Lazlo system evolutionary horizon is formed.In this view,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the "constraint thinking" of system management theory,and believes that it is essentially different from the theory of system evolution.Therefore,it is necessary to transform and upgrade the system management theory in the paradigm of evolution theory,and then reconstruct the stage,scale,driving mechanism and management principles of the company's evolution.This paper attempts to construct an analytical dimension from static to dynamic under the evolutionary perspective of Laszlo,and provides an evolutionary and dynamic research new idea for the in-depth development of systems management theory.
