Wind tunnel system the most commonly used and effective tool for aerodynamic experiment.Wind tunnel test directly serves the research of aerospace technology.Improving the ability and level of wind tunnel test will promote the development of national economy and the modernization of national defense.The research and development of a research institute wind tunnel test data management system is an important step of their informatization,which has far-reaching significance to achieve the domestic leading position and world-class goals.Based on database,network and wind tunnel management,this project will build a wind tunnel operation management system with three-tier system framework,which will provide reference for the construction of wind tunnel.This paper studies the wind tunnel operation management system of a research institute.Firstly,this paper analyzes the requirements of the system,including functional requirements,non functional requirements and performance requirements.The functional requirements of wind tunnel operation management system mainly include the management of test data and functional operating system.Each function mainly includes site management system and center service system.The field management system includes the modules of staff login,test project management,project data management and so on.The central service system includes ETL of data and synchronization of primary and secondary databases.For performance,it is required that the system concurrency is greater than 1000,and the system response time is less than 1s.Secondly,this paper designs the wind tunnel operation management system,including the system software framework design,system function design and system physical model design,and then designs the field function management module,central service system module of the system in detail,and finally designs the database table.Thirdly,the realization of wind tunnel system is analyzed in detail.In this paper,C# is used as the development language,which is developed on.Net platform.SQL server is selected as the database,and SISS integration tool is used for ETL.This paper introduces the implementation process of each module in detail,and shows the implementation page.Finally,the wind tunnel operation management system is tested.This paper uses nunite tool of.Net to create unit test.Through unit test,we can test each code module of wind tunnel operation management system.At present,the code coverage of wind tunnel system is 88%,basically covering most of the key classes,each module of wind tunnel system has passed the test.Then,design test cases to test the function of the system,the main functions also meet the requirements.In the aspect of performance test,this paper uses Load Runner to test the system,and all indexes meet the requirements.The research of this paper is of great value to the development of wind tunnel operation management system and the improvement of wind tunnel test management ability of a research institute,and also provides reference for the construction of wind tunnel operation management system of other similar research institutes.
