With the proposal of the concept of green ecological residential district,China has issued the “The Technical Assessment Handbook for Ecological Resident of China”,"Green Ecological Residential District Construction Essentials and Technical Guidelines",and for Sichuan Province,there is "Assessment Standard for Green Building in Sichuan Province” “Design Standard for Green Building in Sichuan Province”,which indicate that the residential area pays more and more attention to the outdoor environment quality in the architectural planning and design,among them,the outdoor wind environment plays an important role.Taking Chengdu as an example,this article discusses the comprehensive influence of seven architectural planning and design factors on outdoor wind environment,including building layout,building height,building shape,wind angle,building height dispersion,ground floor overhead,and building density,by using the VENT software of sville.In this paper,the wind environment of residential area is comprehensively evaluated from two aspects of comfort and ventilation performance,and the proportion of comfortable wind area and the ratio of wind speed are used for quantitative analysis.First of all,this paper studies the influence of each building planning and design factor on outdoor wind environment,and establishes different model simulation analysis for each of the above factors.The results show that the enclosed layout can be preferentially selected for residential areas with high requirements for ventilation performance and comfort;the impact of building height change on outdoor wind environment presents a certain linear relationship,when the hight range is between 30 m and 100 m,the building height is positively related to the comfortable wind area;the proportion of comfortable wind area and the ratio of wind speed of T4 shape building is better than those of plate and tower buildings;when the wind angle is 45°,the ventilation effect and comfort are the best;the "high and low layout" of the buildings has a significant effect on the internal wind environment of the residential area;the overhead ratio of the ground floor is positively correlated with the proportion of comfortable wind area and the ratio of wind speed;With the increase of building density,the proportion of comfortable wind area decreased,and the residential environment deteriorated.In order to further study the comprehensive impact of multiple building planning and design factors on outdoor wind environment,the multiple regression analysis was used to quantitatively analyze and found that: wind angle,ground floor overhead,height dispersion,building layout,building height are positively related to the proportion of comfortable wind area and and the ratio of wind speed,and the weight of the impact on the proportion of comfortable wind area is ranked as: wind angle>ground floor overhead>height dispersion> building layout>building height,the order of the weight of the impact on the wind speed ratio is:building layout>wind angle>height dispersion>building height>ground floor overhead;building density has a weak linear relationship with the proportion of comfortable wind area and the ratio of wind speed;building shape has a weak linear relationship with the proportion of comfortable wind area,and has no linear relationship with the wind speed ratio.Finally,two representative residential communities in Chengdu were selected for outdoor wind environment simulation analysis,and the results of linear regression analysis were verified based on the simulation results.The results show that the factors positively related to the proportion of comfortable wind area and wind speed ratio are all verified.It shows that the method of linear regression analysis is reliable to study the comprehensive impact of multiple building planning and design factors on outdoor wind environment The conclusion is accurate,which can provide reference for residential building planning and design.
