High Quality Development Evaluation And Spatiotemporal Evolution Analysis Of Marine Economy In Coastal Areas Of China

At present,with the development of the world economy,the shortage of land resources and the increasing pressure on the development of space become increasingly obvious,and the vast ocean has become a new field for the world's maritime powers to enhance their comprehensive national strength.As a big marine country,China has a huge development space in the field of marine economy.However,the development of marine economy in China started late and is still in the traditional mode of economic development,with imperfect industry and low production efficiency,which has a negative impact on the future development of marine ecology and marine economy in China.In this context,China has put forward the strategic policy of transforming the marine economy into a stage of high-quality development.On the basis of combing the research results of high-quality development of marine economy at home and abroad,this paper uses TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy method to measure and analyze the quality of marine economic development in China's coastal areas.In order to further show its temporal and spatial evolution law,standard deviation,coefficient of variation and nuclear density method are used to measure the regional differences over time in the dynamic evolution of time In the aspect of spatial dynamic evolution,the standard deviation ellipse and the center of gravity coordinate method are used to describe the marine economic development quality of China's coastal areas and the three major marine economic circles of North,East and South planned and deployed by the State Oceanic Administration.The results are as follows:(1)In terms of the quality of marine economic development,the quality of marine economic development in 11 coastal provinces and urban areas shows a fluctuating and rising trend,among which Hebei,Hainan and Liaoning are the top three provinces in terms of growth rate;in terms of the region,the three major marine economic circles in the north,East and South have a stable rising trend during the research period,with the highest quality assessment value of the northern marine economic circle,but the growth rate is the highest Slightly slow.(2)The standard deviation and coefficient of variation,which represent absolute and relative differences,have the same development trend in time series,and show a trend of first decreasing and then rising as a whole.During the 11 th Five-Year Plan period,both of them fluctuated and rose,and reached the peak in 2010;during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,the standard deviation fluctuated and rose,but the coefficient of variation fluctuated and declined.According to the core density curve of the research period,it can be seen from the analysis that in the mobile trend,the quality of marine economic development is constantly improving with time,and the growth rate is constantly accelerating;in the shape distribution,the areas with high quality of marine economic development are more than the areas with low development level;in the peak change,the quality of marine economy along the sea is constantly improving.(3)During the research period,the quality of marine economic development in China's coastal areas showed a shrinking trend.Among them,the quality gap of the marine economic development of the provinces and cities in the northern marine economic circle finally tends to decrease,with the center of gravity shifting from northeast to southwest to Southeast;the quality gap of the marine economic development of the provinces and cities in the eastern marine economic circle finally tends to decrease,with the center of gravity shifting to the northeast as a whole;the quality gap of the marine economic development of the provinces and cities in the southern marine economic circle is widened Finally,the center of gravity shifts to the northeast.
