As one of the core works of supply chain management,the supply chain planning has important impact on the supply chain.With the rapid development of economic,all kinds of new technologies emerge endlessly.The product life cycle has become shorten,and the customer requirements are uncertain.All of these factors make the uncertainty in the supply chain more obvious.The mode of production of phosphorus chemical industry enterprise is a process and stock production.Its production characteristics determine it faces many uncertain factors in the supply chain.Therefore,in order to improve the profit of enterprise and reduce the cost,using uncertain optimization methods to optimize the supply chain planning of phosphorus chemical enterprise is very meaningful.This paper considers the supply chain planning problem of phosphorous chemical enterprise under the uncertain environment.The supply chain in this problem contains several suppliers,one manufacturer and several customers.And the manufacturer is a phosphorus chemical enterprise,which provides two different types of products to customers.This paper first analyzes the uncertain factors in supply chain which phosphorous chemical enterprise are facing now.Through summarizeing domestic and foreign literature on the analysis of the uncertainty of supply chain and the production characteristics of the phosphorous chemical enterprise,this paper considers the uncertainty of supply chain as follows:the price of raw materials uncertainty,customer demand uncertainty and shipping costs uncertainty.And then this paper uses the monte carlo method to describe these uncertain factors.On the basis of above study,a stochastic programming and fuzzy programming hybrid optimization model which goal is profit maximization is established.Then according to the production data of a phosphorus chemical enterprise,this paper designs two numerical examples respectively and use matlab software to solve the examples.Finally,this paper analyses the results of two examples,the result shows that customer demand has largest effect on profit of the phosphorus chemical enterprise.
