Due to the outside air temperature of winter in north China is low,coal moisture is high,cycle time is longer,easy freezing between coal and wagon,coal transportation adopts clamshell or cage unloading cannot be cleared out,there is a lot of residue inside.Common using artificial cleaning,time-consuming,laborious and costly.If no cleaning,the residual coal will affect car space efficiency.Now usually adopts the electromagnetic pulse vibration,thawing library,magnesium chloride,calcium chloride,daub wax or diesel method to solve the problem of coal freezing,but because of heavy labor intensity and complex process,expensive.The wagon and coal quality is susceptible,the service life of trunk will decrease.It has brought serious influence for coal transportation enterprise and the user.Spraying antifreeze has become the current main research direction with simple operation,obvious effect,low cost,etc.Therefore this topic use spraying coal anti-freezer to solve the problem.This topic mainly study oil-based antifreeze isolation agent,selecting abandoned tallow oil as materials,using micro emulsion technology to prepare antifreeze isolation agent for coal wagon.The research content includes the following three parts:the first part is the preparation of new isolation antifreeze raw material ratio,temperature and time,the second part is amplification experiments,investigation of preparation material and energy balance status,the third part carries on the industrial design according to results of amplification experiments,equipment selection,figure drawing for process,including process flow diagram,layout,equipment flow chart,etc.,provides a reference for subsequent industrialization production.This topic get the following main conclusions:Raw material percentage of product is:animal fat 50%,water 36.3%,mesophase oil 12.5%,emulsifier I 0.3%,emulsifier II 0.3%,alkali 0.6%.Determine the emulsification animal oil temperature is 100 ?,saponification saponification liquid temperature is 80?,emulsifying time is 15 min,then cooling.Amplification experiment scale is 1200 kg,the emulsifying animal fat feed rate is 0.314 kg/h,saponification saponification liquid is 0.186 kg/h.The unit product power consumption is 0.161 degrees.Through actual application validation,the use effect of this product is good.Industrial design is in annual output of 2000 t.Draw the flow chart,including process flow diagram,layout,equipment,to provide references for the subsequent actual production.
