Bio based materials has the advantages of environmental friendly,renewable raw materials and biodegradable,in line with people's pursuit of the theme of economic and environmentally friendly.The development of bio based materials will help solve the current social development is facing issues of a environmental pollution and shortage of resources and energy,has an important significance in environmental protection and resource conservation.For example,cyclodextrin?CD?is a general term for a series of cyclic oligosaccharides,which is obtained by the glucose shift enzyme action of amylose.Among them,?-CD with its excellent quality,low price,is increasingly extensive application and development.Chitosan?CTS?a great potential and development promising renewable resources,which is obtained by partial deacetylation of chitin and is well known characteristics of low prices,biodegradable and safe non-toxic.Therefore,?-cyclodextrin and chitosan is an ideal choice for the development of bio based materials.This paper mainly has three parts of biomass polymer study which based on?-cyclodextrin and chitosan as raw materials,supramolecular complex,pH-sensitive drug and recombinant polysaccharide polymers were prepared successfully by different methods.As follows:1.Ketoprofen was selected as model drug and?-cyclodextrin as the main elements.Inclusion compound composed of?-cyclodextrin-ketoprofen was prepared with saturated solution method,and characterized by fourier transform infrared?FT-IR?,differential scanning calorimetry?DSC?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?methods.Further more,the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry?UV-Vis?was used to investigate drug-loading property and stability of supramolecular complex.The research results showed that the inclusion complex has good drug-loading property,improve stability,and provides a new method for the determination of drug half-life.2.The synthetic route of intelligent controlled releasing drug was designed.The drug ketoprofen?KPF?molecules were grafted to the molecular chain of the linear polymer chitosan?CTS?by homogeneous liquid phase method,preparing the new drug chitosan-ketoprofen.The structure of been determined and characterized by FT-IR,NMR,SEM and X-ray diffraction methods.The UV-Vis was used to analyze the drug release performance under different pH conditions and establish the model of CTS-KPF releasing drug in vitro.The results indicate that the synthetic route is reasonable and the CTS-KPF was synthezed successfully.The CTS-KPF has desired pH-sensitive intelligence and it tend to release in low pH simulated gastric fluid,the results can provide a reference for the research pH-sensitive polymer smart drugs based on CTS.3.A novel recombinant polysaccharide?RP?based on polysaccharide?chitosan?-disaccharide?lactose?was synthesized from oligo-chitosan?oligo-CTS?and reducing lactose using Maillard reaction with the yield of 85.1%.The gel permeation chromatography?GPC?was used to determination of their molecular weight and molecular weight distribution.Chemical structure and thermal stability of RP was characterized by FT-IR,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(CP/MAS 13C-NMR),and thermo gravimetric analysis?TGA?.The anti-oxidant activity of RP was preliminarily investigated by its scavenging effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl?DPPH?radical?>80%?.The results can provide a new way for the modification of chitosan and research on the preparation of RP.This thesis was successfully prepared three new biomass-based polymer materials:?-CD-KPF,CTS-KPF and recombinant polysaccharide.Meanwhile,the work achieves the desired experimental results by structural characterization and performance testing of three novel compounds.Successful implementation of the paper for the chitosan derivatives opened up a new way and provides a new idea for the study of polymer materials,especially biological matrix polymer materials.
