Equipment and the processing of traditional CNC crankshaft grinding system is relatively backward,the crankshaft when grinding machining is performed in two steps,that is to say the grinding main shaft neck and neck of the connecting rod is composed of two separate implementation models,mainly is limited by the structure and the restraint device.General grinding spindle neck in a large selection of ordinary cylindrical grinder,cylindrical grinder crank rely headstock single drive,the two top and center support bracket under the gradual grinding spindle neck.In the process of grinding spindle neck,the dimensional accuracy and technical requirements of the product by direct manual intervention.Especially for the two directions of the center frame support control of power,which depends on the degree of control the operation of skilled workers,but to rely on long-term human factors to ensure the quality and stability is difficult to achieve,and it is unscientific.Coordinated Grinding of Crankshaft using cut-point tracking technology to develop high-speed,high efficiency and high precision CNC grinding machines crankshaft,crankshaft grinding has become a general trend of technological development.Adopted following the swing(cut-off point tracking)technology grinding rod neck by two wheel frame feed axis and the axis of the workpiece and online testing roundabout NC linkage closed loop control to achieve two different phases of the crankshaft connecting rod neck while grinding;achieving a rod neck and a spindle neck or neck while two spindle grinding.Completely solve the conventional crankshaft grinding machine low efficiency,high production cost disadvantage.Achieve a fixture to complete crank rod neck,spindle neck,thrust precision machined surface.Coordinated Crankshaft Grinding as a part of the new crankshaft grinding method,by reducing the number of setups,it is beneficial to ensure accuracy,increase productivity,reduce production costs,comply with today's manufacturing precision,high efficient,highly flexible development trend,is a representative of the crankshaft grinding direction of advanced processing technology.However,due to the eccentricity of the crankshaft workpiece has a large poor rigidity,high precision characteristics required,so the grinding principle of research involving many of the key technologies,its practical application will inevitably there are many problems to be solved,with some difficulty.In this thesis,the shortcomings of traditional crankshaft grinding,with domestic production of the Coordinated crankshaft grinder,to follow crankshaft grinding methods and technology research,since the follower crankshaft grinding motion model grinder impact is very large,so the need to study its control model.The main research work are as follows:First,crankshaft grinding technology research,since the Coordinated Grinding of Crankshaft technology is more advanced crankshaft grinding technology,so reanalysis Coordinated crankshaft grinding technology,and finally Coordinated crankshaft grinding method and the traditional crankshaft grinding methods were compared.Second,Coordinated Grinding of Crankshaft technology used in CNC systems,so the need for the country to study Coordinated crankshaft grinder,for major on-line measuring instrument,grinding wheel,grinding wheel frame and procedure Coordinated crankshaft grinder research.The third,Through the study of the Coordinated Grinding motion equations,the motion characteristics and motion model Coordinated crankshaft grinding and then simulated using MATLAB its trajectory.
