Study On Emulsion Ink Cleaning Agents Of Printing

Traditional printing ink cleaners are highly toxic,flammable and combustible,which makes environment polluted.In this thesis,the appropriate compositions of ink cleaners were chosen based on the solution theory of orgainc solvent,hydrophile-lipophile balance theory of surfactant,and two kinds of ink cleaners for printing equipment and printing plates,respectively,were developed.The obtained ink cleaners are highly effective,safe,stable and friendly to environment..All the indexes of the prepared printing ink cleaners reach the national standards after the formulation improvement and process optimization.The best formulations of printing ink cleaners were obtained through laboratory tests and factory trials.The recipe for ink printing equipment cleaning agents is as follows:45%kerosene of 200#,4%OP-10,4%AEO-3,2%AEO-9,0.8%sodium tripolyphosphate,0.5%sodium benzoate,0.5%BTA,0.7%2246,0.2%silicone glycol,0.3%essence,17%EGBE and 25%water.The best agent of ink cleaner for printing plates is composed of 86.5%of 200#kerosene,8%of AEO-3,2%of Span-80,0.6%of triacetin,0.4%of KH-550,1%of EDTA-4Na,0.5%of BTA,0.5%of triethanolamine,0.2%of silicone glycol and 0.3%of essence.The test results show that the two ink cleaning agents has perfect cleaning ability for printing ink and stable performance.Both products,with safe,environment-friendly,non-toxic and harmless characteristics,have a high market popularization value.
