For the development of a multi-site pump house operating system in a large domestic concentrator,the system development and design are based on the actual operating conditions of the pump house of the concentrator.In this paper,through the linkage adjustment of inverters,vacuum jet pumps,centrifugal pumps,electric gate valves,electric ball valves and other peripheral equipment,a set of remote group control monitoring system is introduced.The system is designed based on the SIMATIC S7-1200 programmable controller and TIA portal fully integrated automation software,which realizes the data interaction between the upper and lower machines by the fast transmission of industrial Ethernet.Based on the project work arrangement,this paper addresses the requirement for stable control of plant water supply pressure.Firstly,through the analysis of the performance characteristics of the control mode of the water supply system pressure,it is decided to adopt a more energy-saving motor speed adjustment method for control.For the specific implementation of the method,based on the motor speed control principle,the frequency control method with step less speed regulation function is adopted to control the actual motor speed.In addition,for the adjustment of plant water supply pressure control,this paper designs a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller by combining PID control algorithm with fuzzy control algorithm.Through the simulation test analysis of the approximate mathematical model of the water supply system,the controller can effectively realize the stable adjustment of the water supply pressure control amount of the plant.Then this paper revolves around the above results and combines the design requirements of the system control scheme to start the related design of the system development work.The main work includes the selection of main equipment of the system,the design of the motor/inverter system circuit,the I/O address allocation and connection of the selection equipment,the related operation control program of the system upper and lower position machine,the design and development of the monitoring system,and the system communication group.State and other tasks.From the actual operation feedback of the system,it can effectively achieve stable control of the water supply pressure of the plant.In addition,the system is designed with sufficient redundancy to meet future technical performance upgrades and product equipment additions.
