This dissertation concentrates studies of coal gangue as activating flux of Q235 steel.By analyzing morphologies,cross-sections,microstructure,and components of welding beam with proper parameters preset,feasibility of coal gangue as activating flux were appraised.Base on works finished,activating flux were applied on argon arc cladding technology,by fabricating cladder consists of B4C,sodium borate and iron powder,and coal gangue on surface of Q235 steel before activating flux tungsten inert gas welding process.XRD analysis,morphologies,cross-sections,micro-structure,micro-hardness,arid mechanical properties such as corrosion resistance in H2SO4 and NaCl solution,abrasive wear resistance and corrosive-wear resistance with different variations were tested.Statistics show that cladder with coal gangue as activating flux produces more new phases such as Fe3 5B?Fe23?C,B?6?Fe5Si3?Fe2AlB2 compared with Fe3C?Fe2B?Fe3B in cladder without activating flux,micro-hardness of cladder with coal gangue were improve by 0.53 times.Corrosion resistance of cladder without activating flux were improved by 3.05and 2.99 times respectively in H2SO4 and NaCl solution,compared with Q235 steel,and 6.58.5.73 times after activating flux were added;Abrasive wear resistance of cladder without activating flux were improved by 1.98 times compared with Q235 steel,and 2.16 times after activating flux were added;wear resistance of.cladder without activating flux were improved by 2.272.52 times with different speed,compared with Q235 steel,and 2.83-3.31 times after activating flux were added;wear resistance of cladder without activating flux were improved by 1.23-2.29 times with different speed,compared with Q235 steel,and 1.28-3.17 times after activating flux were added;...
