This paper took uranium ore heap of mining uranium in Northwest mine waste as study area,which is based on the existed environmental safety assessment mode,established the environmental safety assessment model a for uranium waste dump,for the environmental safety assessment model for objective assessment of environmental safety of uranium waste dump Conditions for the provision of safety management and environmental management decision-making basis.Firstly,we have been collected and analyzed information a large number of the study area,studied existing environmental safety assessment model In-depth,and build a comprehensive safety evaluation index system.We used AHP calculation the weights.The paper adopts the methods which combine air sensing technology with ground on-the-spot reconnaissance survey research the evaluation index to extracting evaluation indexes related information.And combined with the three assignment methods currently used to establish the assignment criteria.We used quantitative mass index Model to calculate.And establish environmental assessment of uranium waste dump mode of scientific and rational,applicability.And Selected Representative of the uranium waste dumps as a test object to inspect environmental assessment evaluation mode.Through this study has made the effectiveness of the following areas:?Understand the geography and geology characteristics of the study area.? According to Northwest unique geological features and characteristics of its own waste dump,and Constructed environment of uranium waste dump safety evaluation index system consisting of 20 factors.? used analytic hierarchy process to structure the comparison matrix and took the consistency test.?Established environmental evaluation criteria assignment of uranium waste dump.And obtained the of each factor weight.?Established a complete set of environmental safety assessment model about uranium waste dump.? Selected representative of the uranium waste dumps as a test object to inspect environmental assessment evaluation mode,The results show that the evaluation model can objectively reflect the real situation of evaluation object.Evaluation model based on job content and requirements established in this paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter I Introduction general descript the background and significance of the study,Thus to propose the importance of carrying out the present study and the main contents.the study area of chapter ? mainly research on which have been presented in the study area based on the geographical location and transportation,topography,climate,that the environmental,social and economic geography,as well as geological structure,litho logy,hydrogeology and other geological Background.Chapter ? about uranium mine waste-to-air laws of the key technology security evaluation discussion overrides the line of research techniques,the key technologies of research,and the research methods,reference standards etc.Chapter IV on environmental safety evaluation models,focuses on the establishment of environmental safety,detailed present the existing evaluation methods,the principles of the environmental safety evaluation index system and the construction of evaluation system for uranium waste rock pile,environmental safety evaluation methods and the study area assignment criteria of each factor weighting method and calculated using the AHP study area,the weight of each index and quality methods of weighted indexmodel.ChapterV about environmental safety evaluation chapter extraction mainly Introduces the prospect of RS and GIS applications.Then according to our needs proposed adopting the method that combine the ground exploration and aerial remote sensing,to process remote sensing image which made a detailed information extraction and describes the content and methods of ground investigation.The chapter VI validation of Environmental Safety Assessment Model used three typical uranium waste dumps to schema validation in study area mainly.After its information extraction,establish quantitative evaluation according to environmental assessment methods of Chapter IV.The results show that the evaluation model can objectively reflect the real situation of evaluation object.We can conclude that:the project results can be provide the basis for state of the environment management,environmental management and disaster prevention of uranium.It is practicable using RS technology to take information on uranium waste dumps.AHP to determine weights of evaluation indexes can be workable.Also make recommendations for further in-depth study:Increase study to uranium mine and uranium waste dumps especially to the evaluation of the radioactive.To carry out study on extract more information by remote sensing data.to carry out the automatic monitoring and early warning of radiation monitoring,and control environment dynamic Real-time.
