BATPER6GA was synthesized successfully.We have investigated the Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS)of silver-BMPER6G(Ag-BMPER6GA)using the 632.8nm as the excitation.No change was observed by compareing the Surface-Enhanced Raman scattering spectra of Ag-BMPER6GA with Raman signals of pure BATPER6GA using the 632.8 nm as the excitation.By comparing we can get a conclusion that BMPER6GA have favorable stability in SERS detectiong.BMPER6GA Raman signal was successfully detected in the low concentration in 1×10-9 mol/L and it was reaching the level of single molecule detection.One kind of SERS marker molecule was synthesized successfully,and these compounds were characterized by IR,NMR and MS.
