Porous metal material with a small proportion,good energy absorption,large surface area,and many other features,it is precisely because of its special structure features,porous materials are widely used in such important areas of metallurgical machinery,aerospace,modern industrial the rapid development of technology plays an important role.With the applications of porous metallic materials continues to expand,it is also increasingly concerned by scholars and attention.With the rapid development of the world's industrial economy,using the traditional method for preparing a porous metal material prepared in varying degrees showing some flaws,can not fully meet the requirements of industrial economic development,Gasar porous metal material preparation process because of its uniqueness and superiority in the international field of porous materials has attracted wide attention,and therefore has great significance on its performance analysis.In this paper,the traditional porous metal material and Gasar porous metal material is analyzed in terms of preparation,structure,performance characteristics,such as the summary,to verify the preparation process Gasar has advantages.In this paper,pore size,porosity,pore direction and the distribution of forms and other aspects of Gasar porous metal materials were described in detail,through the establishment of pore structure model and finite element analysis software,its finite element analysis,theoretical analysis of the it features mechanical properties.Preparation of porous metal Gasar now exists the problem has been a breakthrough,the porous structure can be prepared by various methods hole and hole arrangement of orientation and the like.Pass this article on the mechanical properties of different porous metal material were compared cone structure proved both high porosity and high filtration efficiency filtration precision.In this paper,the research results show that:Gasar pore structure of porous metal material is simple,uniform pore size,pore size can be flexibly materials,distribution,pass a reasonable match with the design,its mechanical properties compared to other types of porous metallic materials have obvious superiority.Therefore,this study has some significance for the optimization.study Gasar porous metallic materials as well as promoting their industrialization process.
