Z Group is a large state-owned holding group in Zaozhuang,and its coal industry is its traditional main business.Under the economic situation of structural reform on the supply side,Z Group has accelerated the promotion of the non-coal industry from the perspective of sustainable development,and has made every effort to build a two-wheel drive industrial pattern of coal and non-coal.However,during the development of the Z Group,there was a disconnection between human resource management and the Group 's development strategy,which severely restricted the implementation of the Group 's strategy.Therefore,studying the optimization of the human resources management system in the Z Group 's strategic transformation is of great significance for promoting the Group 's existing development strategy.The research includes the following three aspects: First,draw on the theories related to corporate strategic transformation to analyze various problems existing in the human resources management system at present,and analyze in-depth the causes;second,combine domestic and foreign relevant theories and management practice experience to analyze The human resources management countermeasures and suggestions matched with the Group's strategic transformation are proposed to solve the existing problems of the Z Group's human resources management system;finally,the implementation guarantees of various optimization measures are proposed.The research results show that the Z Group's human resource management system issues are mainly in human resource planning,compensation and incentives,performance evaluation,employee recruitment and training.The reason for the problem is that the human resources management system did not make timely adjustments during the transformation of the group's development strategy.Therefore,research and analysis and put forward the human resources management optimization measures matching the group's development strategy,and made a security analysis on the implementation of a series of optimization measures from three aspects: organizational security,system security and cultural security.Finally,the study concludes that if the human resources management system lags behind the group's development strategy,it will result in hindered strategy implementation.The human resource management system should be matched with the development strategy of the enterprise.In specific practice,the competitiveness of human resource costs can be raised to an unprecedented level,which is also the key to sustainable development of the enterprise.To sum up,the combination of corporate goals and human resource management resources is the key issue that must be paid attention toand resolved in the enterprise at this stage,which directly affects or even determines the development of the enterprise.
