China is an important copper, lead, zinc resource and copper, lead and zinc producing country in the world. However,China's copper, lead and zinc resources show"more lean ore, less rich ore,lead-zinc symbiosis, complex types of ore, more symbiotic components, and finer grain size".Also,in the selection of copper lead and zinc ore, lead and zinc separation is difficult, the product quality is poor, and the cost of beneficiation is high. Therefore,it is extremely important to study the theory and process of copper lead zinc ore sorting. In this paper, the process of beneficiation and beneficiation of a copper-lead-zinc complex polymetallic sulphide ore in Inner Mongolia was studied. The results of the study are as follows:(1)The chalcopyrite is irregularly shaped like a grain. The sphalerite is often irregularly filled in between the gangue grains. The pyrrhotite is mostly irregularly disseminated. The pyrite is mostly in the form of granular aggregates, and the galena More irregularly disseminated.Mineral inlays are finer, especially natural silver and tin minerals are finer. The mine belongs to iron-containing copper, lead, zinc complex polymetallic sulfide ore.(2)In the "Favorite Flotation Process" test, copper is preferentially floated, then lead is floated, and zinc is finally floated. In the copper flotation test, after a rough election,a sweep, and two carefully selected closed-circuit tests,a copper concentrate with a copper content of 24.21%,a recovery rate of 84.42%,and a silver content of 1298.00 g/t was obtained. In the lead flotation test, after one rough, one sweep, and three carefully selected closed-circuit tests,a lead concentrate with a lead content of 59.86%,a recovery rate of 78.84%,and a silver content of 5121.00 g/t was obtained. In the zinc flotation test, after one rough, one sweep, and four carefully selected closed-circuit tests,a zinc concentrate with a zinc content of 42.34%,a recovery rate of 89.34%,and a silver content of 22.00 g/t was obtained.(3)In the "copper-lead mixed float-copper-lead separation-mixed flotation tailings zinc selection process" experiment,a rough selection of copper-lead mixed floatation and two-stage mixed sweeping were conducted.Mixed float concentrate for two-stage mixing and selection, followed by separation of copper and lead.A copper concentrate was selected for the separation of concentrates.Separation of the tailings was performed with a copper sweep and a copper concentrate with a copper content of 20.41%,a recovery rate of 79.94%,a silver content of 1840.00 g/t,and a lead content of 33.84%was obtained. The recovery rate was 69.74%and lead concentrate containing 2284.00g/t of silver. In the zinc flotation test, after one rough, two sweeps and four fine selections,a zinc concentrate with a zinc content of 39.43%,a recovery rate of 83.84%and a silver content of 9.00 g/t was obtained.(4)Through the debugging of industrial tests, the final determination of the copper selection process is "a rough two sweeps and three fines",and the lead selection process is "a rough two sweeps and four refinements",and the zinc selection process is"a rough two sweeps and five fines".The recovery rate of beneficiation is ensured by increasing the number of sweeping segments, and the concentrate recovery rate is increased by increasing the number of selected segments.Industrial trials obtained iron concentrates with 47.12 iron content, recovery rate of 48.87%,copper concentrate with copper content of 24.01%,recovery rate of 75.90%,lead concentrate with lead of 59.03%and recovery rate of 70.10%,and zinc content of 40.62.%,zinc recovery of 84.07%,silver is mainly concentrated in lead concentrates.
