| The flotation system is an important separation method for processing-0.5mm fraction slime in Coking Coal Preparation Plant. Coal slime flotation’s effect is good or bad affect the whole coal preparation system. Slime flotability as a directly element affect the flotation separation efficiency, has a direct relation to the granularity of the slime, mineral composition.This paper analysis of the slime’s quality in Luling coal plant, and combined with the technology used in flotation process, consider that raw coal particle size become thinner, gangue mudding serious is an important factor, which lead to the flotation concentrate’ash is very high, tehydration is very difficult and the pressure of the tailings processing system is very large.Combined the analysis of the slime’s size and density composition with flotation concentrate’s ash reduction and dehydration recovery test on the scene, put forward a new type of flotation process, which consist of desliming before flotation, recycling different particle size of flotation concentrate and floating a part of the first flotation concentrate. Testing the new flotation process system after transformation, show that each step of the process has desliming and ash reduction, reducing the flotation concentrate ash, stable product moisture. Finally, using of stand-alone testing data to establish the distribution curve model and actual optional model to predict the products. Compared before and after reconstruction process and product quality, to evaluate the overall economic benefits by technical and economic analysis.The new flotation process is better adapt to the different nature of the raw coal, able to solve the dilemma posed by raw coal particle size thinner and gangue mudding serious phenomenon. It is worth widely applied, which can bring considerable economic and social benefits for enterprises. |
