Heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system,as a new alternatives of halon extinguishing system,is a clean gas fire extinguishing system,with good environmental performance,high efficiency,safe,small damage to protected object,applicable to a wide range of features.Pipe network design of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system is more complex,particularly because of seven fluorine propane flow patterns in the network change,heat transfer,high pressure nitrogen gas into the pipeline parameters,flow rate and other factors,making it difficult to accurately and easily design and calculation of its pipeline system.Therefore,this paper studied the pipeline network design of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system,the main contents are listed as followed.1.With the heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system system as the research object,divised the pipe network system of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system to three modules,protective zone,storage device and network protection,estabished model parameters matrices and the design matrices,through the researching and Analysising of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system,established the calculation model and design structure matrices of the pipe network system,research the design and calculation method of pipeline system of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system,established researching objective of design and calculation method of network system of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system.2.Explored and studied the parameter calculation,optimization and pipeline pressure loss calculation method of network system of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system.Combined with the existing network system design method,calculated parameters of network system of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system and analysised the existing problems,used simulated annealing algorithm to optimized the storage bottle filling rate,calculated the optimal solution,analysised the network flow of fire extinguishing agent of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system,researched calculation method of the friction losses and the local resistance losses,established integrated model of pipe network pressure loss of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system.3.Proposed iteration hydraulic calculation method of pipe network based on iscretization of fire extinguishing agent application process.With the problem of calculation for spray pressure and spray time of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system is not effective,according to characteristics of energy conservation and mass conservation dispersed the spray process based on time,Calculated design parameters with Iteration in the end.4.Proposed a design and calculation method of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system based on spray time,filling ratio and protection zone parameters,and developed design and calculation software for single protection area and multiple protection area.According to the above theory and method in design of heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system,developed responding design and calculation software system for the engineering design.Experiments for heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system.Experimental results show that the pressure loss model,iteration calculation method and software system had a high accuracy.
