Design And Application Of Water Fire Mist Extinguishing System

Building fire extinguishing system plays a very important role in ensuring the fire safety of the building,preventing and reducing fire hazards,and ensuring the safety of people and property.With the development of economic construction and the accelerated process of urbanization,modern fire presents many new features.Facing the new situation and the characteristics of fire,the development of fire extinguishing systems is more and more important.Many new fire extinguishing systems came into being,water mist fire extinguishing system is one of them.Water mist fire extinguishing system occupies an important position in the fire extinguishing system with its unique characteristics.For preventing and controlling the fires of special functional areas,such as archives fire,computer room fire,fire in electrical equipment and fire in tall buildings,Water mist fire extinguishing system has a good market prospects.Therefore,the study of the design and application of water mist fire extinguishing system,compared with other fire extinguishing systems,to promote this technology has a long-term significance of research and development in our country.This paper starts with the principle of fire and the principle analysis of high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system.according to the working principle and application of water mist fire extinguishing system,we will comprehensively evaluate it with traditional fire extinguishing system and summarize its applicable place.Through the design of the high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system,each component of the system,the arrangement of the system pipe and the design calculation method are analyzed and studied.Based on the combination of field investigation and theoretical research,the common problems encountered in system design are analyzed,and the hydraulic calculation method of the system is simplified,which solves the problem of high error rate and small application range of the existing calculation method.Finally,the design of high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system is carried out with the Agricultural Bank of China information center as an engineering example.
