Steel industry is energy-intensive industry.The material and energy flow of the steel have a great impact on energy consumption.Research on the energy flow in steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling process is important to optimize the iron and steel production process,saving energy,reduce environmental load and improve the efficiency of the entire production process.This paper studies the steel material flow and energy flow theory,the main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The material balance model in steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling Process and the whole process is established.And the energy flow model is established based on the material balance model in steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling process and the whole process.The material balance and energy balance equation are established by analysis of material flow and energy flow in steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling process.This paper analyzes the details of the relationship of the energy flow in processes and others between the different types of processes.Energy flow model on processes is derived.This paper also analyzes the main parameters of the energy flow model,and find out how the main parameters affect the energy flow in process and the energy efficiency.(2)This paper studies how the energy flows in steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling process and the whole process.This paper have study the multi-dimensional material flow control theory in iron and steel manufacturing process,and take the input energy flow in process as research object.By studying the impact of the factor in the input energy flow,this paper analyzes how the energy flows in steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling process and the whole process.(3)Through the cortical analysis and data collection,the energy consumption model on the processes of steelmaking,refining,continuous-casting,furnace,rolling is established.The model has used the material balance,energy balance and process design formulas,and achieved the energy consumption statistics and analysis by X3 collaborative management software.
