With the iron and steel enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition,the scale of production of steel prices will shift to high quality and low price products management mode,the rolling process is the key step to control the quality and cost of product,different steel enterprises are the key technical problems in this aspect,to improve product quality and reduce the cost of production using different techniques.Therefore,by taking appropriate rolling technology and the chemical components were optimized to establish the rolling process and the product quality is stable,the optimal cost for the purpose of improving the competitiveness of enterprises,has a positive and practical significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis and optimization of process parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling.First analyzes the shortcomings of bar rolling mill rolling process of SG company,according to the characteristics of raw materials and production process of rolling SG stable elements,starting from the production conditions and control cooling after rolling these two aspects,the design optimization method,using the finite water cooling process and optimizing the chemical components and other means to refine materials in the crystal,in order to improve the mechanical properties of steel.(2)Optimizing the ratio of chemical composition.Through the experiment and analysis of the influence of controlled rolling and controlled cooling parameters on the mechanical properties,it is concluded that the optimization of controlled rolling and cooling parameters can effectively improve the mechanical properties of steel bars.Through the experiment,the carbon and manganese content of the chemical composition of the billet directly affect the mechanical properties.Based on the conclusion,the optimization of rolling process parameters modeling,control the key elements of rolling and cooling parameters and chemical composition in the billet as modeling factors,is conducive to optimizing the chemical composition of steel ratio,the model has more practical application value.(3)The application of SPSS modeling tools for test data analysis and modeling,and using the linear regression method,the relationship model of controlled rolling and controlled cooling,chemical composition and mechanical properties were established,the relationship model is established based on the comprehensive optimization of rolling process.The model is analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of technology,economy and management.The results show that the model is feasible and can be applied to practical production.(4)Using the improved optimization model of rolling process.Simulation test in SG bar steel rolling factory with small volume shows that:?The reasonable rolling temperature and the finite water cooling process,can make the grain refinement,the mechanical properties of the reinforced strength especially the yield strength is improved obviously,and the elongation rate is stable and strong cuby.?After the model is imported into the SG information system,the quality control can be carried out dynamically.The optimization model of steel rolling process is helpful to realize the stable quality and quantity reduction of HRB400E.Finally,the research on the optimization of the whole rolling process is summarized,and the further research is made.
