Baghouse technology is one of the main means of achieving industrial dust purification and control of air pollution,dust filter material as a core part of its performance has played a decisive role.Studies have shown that the finer the fibers of the filter material,the better the filtration performance.In this study,a method for preparing melt-electrospinning polyester and polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)microfine fibers,it is expected in the future can be used in air filtration industry to improve filtration efficiency of fine particles.This study selected two representative polymer resin,namely polyester resin,and polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)resin is used as raw material,microfine fibers prepared by melt-electrospinning.Wherein the polyester fiber is the world's largest output,the most widely used synthetic fiber;polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)fiber is an integrated performance of high-tech fibers,was named the first big special engieering,one of the eight aerospace materials.Paper use self build experimental platform melt-electrospinning,successfully prepared about a high uniformity of diameter 17.73?m polyester fiber.At the same time,by adding the resin to polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)modifying additive,reducing its viscosity in the molten state,improve their mobility,having a diameter 17.36?m success and high uniformity of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)fibers.This paper studies the spinning temperature(T),the electric field strength(E),receiving distance(H),silk mouth diameter(D),affect the ratio of the value of the raw material(A)and other factors on the preparation of fine fibers,obtain the optimal spinning conditions of the present experimental conditions.The study found that with increasing field strength and the reception distance,smaller diameter fibers,spinning speed becomes faster.And the diameter of the fiber with the field strength,the distance increases linearly decreasing trend exhibits.When the wire diameter is 1.0mm port when the average diameter of the electric field strength polyester fiber,receiving distance,the rate of change of temperature are 50.24?m/(kv · cm-1),6.54?m/cm and 1.488?m/?;PPS fiber relative field strength,the reception from the rate of change of the temperature in the order of 103.25?m(kv·cm-1)?14.065?m/cm and 4.062?m/?.The study found,fiber diameter of the law belongs to the Gaussian function;different polymer materals having different optimum spinning temperature.Finally,fibers were prepared by chemical analysis,thermal stablity analysis and filtration efficiency test.The results show that by melting microfine fibers obtained by electrostatic spinning method is still at a high temperature and can maintain high stability ofthe fine particles having a high filtration efficiency,that proved that the use of fine fibers melt-electrospinning can be well applied in the preparation of the air filter.
