Malania Oleifera is a characteristic plant in Guangxi.It is an excellent nerve acid resource.The application of nerve acid in medicine,health care products and other fields has been developing rapidly.At present,there is no comprehensive analysis and safety evaluation of the kernel and oil of garlic.The safety of medicinal and edible garlic has not been demonstrated.It can not be used directly in food or medicine.It needs to be purified and the value of its value can be fully utilized and the extraction of high purity nervonic acid.In the present report,the purity of neural acid obtained from the method of neural acid separation is low,and the highest purity is only 96%at present,and the recovery rate is low.This subject is mainly based on the garlic fruit oil produced by the crushed garlic fruit of Liang Tong Village,Bama County,Bama County,Guangxi.Through the basic research data of recrystallization and urea inclusion,the high purity nervonic acid are obtained by the combination of recrystallization and urea inclusion.The following results are drawn:(1)A HPLC method for the determination of the content of nerve acid from garlic oil was established.Results the regression equation calculated by the least square method is A=1.9840 x105C-3.6577 x 104 and the correlation coefficient is 0.9998.It shows that the standard curve of neural acid is well linear in the concentration range of(1 mg/mL?20.0 mg/mL),and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method is 1.52%from the precision experiment,and the stability experiment is the test side.The relative standard deviation of the method was 1.61%,and the recovery rate of the samples added to the standard reserve fluid was 98.96%?101.99%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was between 0.41%?1.29%,and the samples were measured by the sample content,and three samples of nerve acid samples were measured to be 2.36%,1.42%,0.90%.(2)The solubility curve of nervonic acid in oleic acid and ethanol was made by the balance method.The solubility of nervonic acid in oleic acid and ethanol increased with the increase of temperature.The solubility of the acid increased exponentially with the increase of temperature,indicating that the acid and ethanol can be purified by the crystallization of the solution.Using the data recorder to monitor the cooling process in real time,the two element phase diagram of nervonic acid-oleic acid was produced by its step cooling curve.The nervonic acid in garlic fruit oil was separated from garlic fruit oil by the oleic acid contained in garlic fruit oil.The purity of the purified acid was raised from 40.65%to 73.68%after separation and purification,and the recovery rate was 61.63%.Ethanol is used as solvent to separate and purify the nerve acid in the oil of garlic oil.Although its purity is lower than that of ethanol,its recovery rate of nerve acid is higher than that of ethanol.(2)During the process of urea inclusion reaction,when the crystallization temperature is 20,the crystallization time is 1 h,the urea input is 1.4:1,the urea is the best for the inclusion of alkanic acid,the alkanic acid removal rate can reach 97.40,the recovery rate of neural acid can reach 66.80%.The higher the purity of alkanic acid in the sample is more favorable to the alkanic acid.It can improve the recovery rate of nervonic acid to a certain extent.(3 Recrystallization,the highest purity of nervonic acid can be obtained by recrystallization by four times.The recovery rate of nervonic acid is 19.51%.After continuous recrystallization,the purity will not increase,but it will decrease.Recrystallization-urea inclusion-recrystallization process,mixed fatty acids were obtained by 3 recrystallization,and then after urea inclusion,after recrystallization step,crystallization 2 times,the purity of nervonic acid was obtained,the purity was 99%,and the recovery rate of nervonic acid was 9.84%.Urea inclusion-recrystallization,after the mixed fatty acid is coated with urea and then recrystallized after four times,the high purity nervonic acid can be obtained,the purity is 99.42%,and the recovery rate of nervonic acid is 9.10%.
