With the rapid development of oil and gas industry in China,the pipeline has been almost all over the country.The characteristics of the pipeline,which the total length has been already 120,000 kilometers,bring about a lot of security issues,such as pipeline crack,oil and gas leak caused by environmental pollution,or even an explosion of personal safety has a great threats.Then the monitor security risk to pipeline becomes the oil and gas sector and related projects to solve problems.The main work is to study the key technologies of monitoring and early warning Fushun Petroleum-based long-distance oil and gas pipelines and provides the design and implementation of related programs.Traditional rely mainly on human safety testing one by one investigation along the oil and gas pipelines,including the disadvantages below:The first,due to restrictions along the pipeline environment,traditional testing methods can only detect some of the transmission line which is readily detected,but the inaccessible area can not be detected;And the second,it's the lack of an alarm detection process method to dependent only on the experience of transmission line staff and operation,so it is easy to miss pipeline hazards caused by accident.Based on the above points I design monitoring technology based pipeline in networking,within the range of Internet of Things,rather than detection monitoring technology,which is to predict the occurrence of potential safety problems,rather than security risks after the occurrence to remedy.Line long distance pipeline due to environmental changes in the soil around the pipeline,and some unpredictable behavior of animals caused by pipeline damage resulting security problems,and these external factors will directly lead to a potential power-line,power potential,corrosion potential,exchange changes in current,direct current,and when these changes reach to a certain range of it indicates there will be a security issue,so that you can find it before the problems occur and fix it,eradicating security risks fundamentally.This thesis mainly deploy a large number of sensor nodes line on oil and gas pipelines,then we can collect and transfer real-time pipeline data,so monitoring staff can be the first time to see which is responsible for pipe line status,that it is the most secure monitoring.Collected by the sensor node data is first to integrate data filtering and finally uploaded to the server system via GPRS wireless communications,graphically demonstrated in front of monitors,and can use ArcGIS Server-side view of data collection of the area,which you can be accurate to the specific the sensor nodes.When the PC shows the wrong end node,the inspectors immediately went to the wrong are to check and service,where the testing personnel can use APP built on Android smart phone to take pictures and upload them,for the technical staff to better fix the problem line,so oil and gas pipelines leak can be resolved securely.
