Mineral industry plays an important part in the national economy,and automatic control applied in mineral processing is the key to improve product quality,save energy and improve efficiency.Automatic control system,especially PLC control software,need to go through a series of commissioning process which is time-consuming,laborious and also fraught with risks before put into operation.Therefore,testing PLC control software then finding and correcting errors in laboratory in advance has extremely important practical significance for shortening debugging time,saving labor investments,reducing debugging risks and costs..The monitoring display of mineral automation system is the Human-machine interaction of PLC control software,and its role is to monitor the equipment operational status in the whole process of mineral production,the dynamic parameters in process instrumentation,as well as operate equipment and control loop,provide alarms and records.Supported by the National Science and Technology Supporting Program "Advanced Control Technology of Whole production Line of Mineral Processing "(2012BAF19G01),this thesis studies the testing methods of monitoring display in mineral process automation software,designs and develops the monitoring display testing platform.The main works are as follows:1.Probable errors and testing requirements of monitoring display has been discussed in detail based on detailed analysis of monitoring display functions for mineral process automation software,considering the features of mineral process:plenty of devices,long process and large-scale.2.Test cases are designed based on system I/O channel table and display design files and testing platform for monitoring software has been designed in detail.The testing platform can achieve semi-automatic testing of device icons and analog parameters of monitoring display for mineral processing automation software,and can also generate test reports automatically.3.Monitoring display testing platform for all kinds of mineral processing automation software has been developed based on Microsoft Visual Studio software of Microsoft company and technology of Database.4.Taking an iron plant automation engineering monitoring display as a case,the testing platform have been tested.Test results show that by means of this testing platform,developers can quickly identify and locate some monitoring display errors,which makes a contribution to shortening field debugging time,saving labor investments and reducing debugging risks and costs.
