In the mineral process,the logic control of device is the key to ensure the safety running of devices and processes.Controlled devices are essential in the mineral process,but different technological conditions require different logic control for the equipment.Device logic control is realized through device logic control program,and the programmers can not ensure the quality of the program due to insufficient understanding of the process and the controlled equipment.Reliability of process is ensured through rigorously tested high-grade logic control program.At present,the control program is predominatedly tested manually,with heavy workload,time consuming,and high risk of miss-detection.Therefore,it is of vital importance to design and build an automatic testing platform,which can reduce the commissioning time and the workload,ensuring the high quality of the program.In this paper,based on the National Science and Technology Supporting Program(Advanced Control Technology of Whole production Line of Mineral Processing 2012BAF19G01),the author designed and built an automatic testing platform for the controlled devices.The main work is as follows:1.Based on related research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the logic control program of the controlled device in the mineral process,describes the problems of the logic control program and discusses about the requirements for the test platform;2.The structure of testing platform was designed.According to the controlled devices' logic control signal and the secondary control schematic diagram,this paper uses the Petri net method to build the model of virtual equipment for further testing and verification.The generating method of the test case is studied,and the test case of the electrical equipment is developed by using the orthogonal design method;3.This paper uses C#language,Studio Visual 2010 software and OPC communication specification to complete the testing platform of devices logic control program,which consists of generation of test cases,loading of test cases,visual object,result showing;5.Taking the logic control program of three kinds of controlled devices in the crushing system of a mineral process project as test objects,the paper conducts experiments in the testing platform developed by us,during testing the logic control program of the controlled device with introduction of human errors to verify the validity of the test platform.
