When the coal-fired thermal power generating unit is in production,the coal combustion process will produce sulfur oxides,nitrogen oxides(NOx),and dust which are harmful to human health and environment.The resulting environmental deterioration has become a serious obstacle to Chinese economic development.In this crisis situation,the state attached great importance to the pollution problems caused by coal-fired thermal power generators,and issued a series of related policies and actively deployed energy-saving and emission reduction tasks.This article takes a power plant phrase III emission renovation project as an example to propose how to up to the ultra-low emission requirements of current denitrification,desulfurization,and dust removal systems,and propose improvements and measures to select the best program.First of all,this article outlines the current domestic and foreign policy related to environmental emissions,research status at home and abroad.Since the research in this paper is aimed at the renovation project,the main performance parameters and actual operation parameters of the original denitrification,desulfurization and dust removal devices are briefly introduced,and the site conditions,the water and electrical supply conditions,and the components of the flue gas pollutants in the project are described.According to the actual operation of the ultra-low emission project of the third phase of the power plant,the selection of the parameters in the program,the factors for the comparison of the plan,the selection of the desulfurization plan,and the reconstruction of the wet electrostatic precipitator are described in detail.The transformation of the denitrification device is mainly aimed at the SCR zone,which increases the denitration efficiency from 82.5%to 90%.The SCR zone still uses the original two-layer catalyst and adds a new layer of catalyst,the difference between two solutions in the design is whether or not to reserve a layer of catalyst installation position.Program one has the higher utilization rate of the catalyst and lower operating costs.The desulfurization device is mainly reconstructed for the internal structure of the desulfurization tower,and the desulfurization effect is increased from 98.1%to 99.3%through the addition of a tray or a turbulence device.Three sets of schemes were designed for the desulfurization tower reconstructed,scheme one is adding trays or turbulence devices in the tower,the power consumption of this one is about half of the latter two,and the floor space is the smallest,the minimum investment needed is?22,328,700.The original rotary jet bag filter is replaced by a wet electrostatic precipitator,which reduce the dust concentration at the outlet of the filter from 28 mg/Nm~3 to less than 5 mg/Nm~3.The dust-removing part of the wet electrostatic precipitator is mainly divided into two types:plate type and tube type.Through detailed comparison of these two properties,a tubular wet electrostatic precipitator is selected,according to the arrangement of the precipitator and its desulfurization tower.The connection methods are different,and two sets of layout plans are designed.Among them,two sets of dust collectors will be added to the southeastern corner of the chimney,and the desulfurization A and B towers will be on the south side of the free space.The exit flue of the original A and B desulfurization towers is rotated 90 degrees from the west side to the south side of the desulfurization tower.It enters into the dust collector body from the top and enters into the dust collector inlet horn.The two wet electrostatic precipitators are in parallel with the two desulfurization towers.When the single-channel system fails,the other one can use the solution one without affecting the normal operation.Accordance with the evaluation model of the super-low emission project of the power plant,an empirical analysis was conducted on the project and its evaluation results were obtained.Finally,this project is analyzed from the perspective of environmental benefits and social benefits,and a comprehensive analysis is conducted.
