With the continuous progress of social development and the gradual improvement of people's living environment quality requirements,China's policies,regulations,standards and requirements in the field of ecological and environmental protection are becoming increasingly stringent.However,China is also a country with coal-fired power generation as the main energy supply.Therefore,the comprehensive implementation of ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants and the promotion of clean and efficient utilization of coal-fired power have become our country's focus.Important measures to improve atmospheric environmental quality during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.This paper focuses on the ultra-low emission renovation project of Unit 7 in Lueyang Power Plant,and finally chooses an ultra-low emission renovation scheme suitable for the unit type of the power plant,so as to make the air pollutant emission indicators of the power plant meet the ultra-low emission requirements after the completion of the ultra-low emission renovation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the specific conditions and actual conditions of the power plant,through the technical research and demonstration of this project,the technical transformation and treatment scheme of ultra-low emission of flue gas suitable for the power plant unit type is finally determined.(2)Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)denitrification process was adopted in the project.Two layers of catalyst were added to the original denitrification unit,one layer of catalyst was regenerated,and steam + Sonic Sootblower was added to the additional layer.(3)In this project,the electric bag dust removal process is adopted to optimize and upgrade the existing dust removal system,and the original filter bag is replaced by a more reliable filter bag.(4)In this project,limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process is adopted.The existing oxidation fan is replaced by two multi-stage centrifugal oxidation fans.At the same time,a spray layer is added to increase the efficiency of dust removal and mist removal,and the absorption tower is lifted about 4.3m as a whole.At the same time,the corresponding capacity expansion of the collector is carried out.The monitoring results show that the maximum emission concentration of flue dust,sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides at the total discharge outlet of the unit under different loads and coal qualities meets the requirements of the "Work Program for Full Implementation of Ultra-low Emission and Energy Conservation Reform of Coal-fired Power Plant" and the limits of Ultra-low Emission Concentration in Shaanxi Province.The Ultra-low Emission Reform Scheme of Unit 7 in Lueyang Power Plant is reasonable and the implementation process is correct.It has reference value for engineering popularization and application.
