Based On The Aged Sit Implement Of Human Factors Engineering Design Research

With the growing number of elderly people in China,the problem of aging has become a hot topic in the world.However,there are still many problems need to be solved in the design of old products.Among them,the toilet seat that the old people need is not accord with its physiology and psychological characteristic,bring a lot of distress to old people.In this paper,based on the phenomenon,a more practical,comfortable and convenient toilet seat for the elderly is designed.First of all,based on a great number of relevant literature,the theory of human factors engineering in old people are expounded,and has introduced the elderly defecation products of domestic and foreign,and the process of research is clarified.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey,user interviews,and experimental analysis,investigated and analyzed the use of the old household implement situation,the problems encountered during defecation,to implement existing product and how to implement the use of the experience,summed up the elderly practical obstacles in the process of using the toilet and functional requirements.And then,analyzing the human factors engineering of sit implement for the elderly people,and the basic functional demand of sit implement.Combined with the human body size of old people,analyzed each part of the sit implement based on the scale.The design scheme of the toilet seat was determined.Finally,selected the elderly as the main user groups,gave a user list with human-centered design,based on the sit implement,designed the implement the armrest,auxiliary equipment,defecate toilet seat cover shape and alarm device,solved the old people got up in the process of defecation and crouch down hard,constipation,and all those Function losses.Designed a toilet seat which can help defecation and ergonomic.This paper is mainly to solve the series of problems encountered in the process of defecation in the elderly,not only can improve the quality of old people’s life,but also offered a important references for the research of old people’s product.
