With the rapid development of nc machine tool as well as the progress of science and technology,the modernization of production efficiency and product quality requirements are higher and higher,the foundation of modern machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is still a vital.In CNC milling process due to the reason for the choice of cutting parameters,such as cutting,stress,and the size of the cutting force,cutting temperature,the restriction on the production efficiency and product roughness.Must be through a lot of experiments,combined with finite element method for numerical control milling cutting parameters and the workpiece roughness of causal relationships were studied.This paper through the analysis of finite element software of cutting stress,cutting force,cutting temperature trends to determine the influence of cutting parameters on cutting efficiency and tool life.Through the analysis of the roughness meter measuring value of test record and metallographic microscope photographs of mark distance to determine the cutting parameters on the influence of roughness.The research on the optimization of cutting parameters is of great significance.This paper by the cutting parameters and the test results of history data.To measure,the corresponding part of the workpiece and then to the recorded in the form of data through the calculation of the corresponding post-processing software,finally,cutting parameters and the test results from the data relationship graph to obtain the most optimized cutting parameter values.According to the principle of test results and analysis,it is concluded that ?10 carbide monolithic cylindrical cutter in rough milling fine milling the reasonable cutting parameters,the other can be calculated the diameter of the carbide monolithic cylindrical cutter in rough milling fine milling at the most reasonable cutting parametersIn short,the establishment and the cutting temperature,cutting force,the workpiece roughness,through the work piece can be calculated according to roughness of cutting parameters,precision CNC milling cutting parameter database is imperative.
