Research On Self-Integration EPC Whole Process Management Mode Of Skin-Pass Mill Project In BX

As the benchmarking enterprises of domestic cold-rolled stainless steel field,up to a time when the domestic market accounted for 45%,the lowest when there are about 37%,China must speed up its own core technology research and development,self-integration,innovation,truly great country from the steel into steel strong.the BX has improved the quality of stainless steel products in recent years to replace imported products.Relying on resources of one to four projects.In this context,the research on self-integration EPC management mode of skin-pass mill project in BX must be done.The main work of this paper is as follows.Firstly.the running status of 1#,2#skin-pass mill in BX has been analyzed.Two skin-pass mills are foreign introduction.There are some deficiencies of these two skin-pass mills,such as ground shredding,production of thick material yield,replace of reel mandrel.So it is very necessary to research on self-integration EPC management mode of skin-pass mill project in BX.the design content,the main technical and technological programs,production scale and product outline,the main economic and technical indicators of self-integration EPC management mode have been analyzed.By using Delphi Law and Brainstorming Law,the potential technical risks and investment risks have been assessed in this paper.the interface division and organizational system construction(including project team,internal virtual management team,operation and maintenance team)of self-integration EPC management have been elaborated.The risk prevention measures of self-integration EPC management have been formulated.Through the implementation of self-integration EPC management mode of skin-pass mill project,the independent innovation ability of BX has been improved.The experience can be used for reference for other enterprises of the same type.
