In recent years,with most of the metal mines in China beginning to enter deep mining,the degree of the underground ventilation complexity will be further improved due to the influence of deep well heat damage.whether the distribution of underground airflow is reasonable and the suitability of downhole temperature will seriously affect the production efficiency of mining enterprises and the front-line worker's health and safety.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and design the optimization scheme of deep well ventilation system and the measures of cooling to create safe and stable working environment for the workers.As just entered the deep well of the mine enterprise is in a depth from the excessive period,the heat damage phenomenon is not too serious relatively compared with the deep excavation mine,it should be in accordance with the improvement of ventilation system,put forward the principle of cooling measures as a supplement to the underground mine ventilation treatment,In order to ensure the enterprise to obtain good economic benefits on the basis of the underground to achieve normal and stable ventilation effect.This article is based on this principle to design ventilation system optimization scheme and put forward the measures of cooling,the main research contents and research results are as follows(1)On the basis of the detailed investigation and determination of a copper mine ventilation system in Anhui,three sets of optimization schemes are developed to solve the problem of ventilation difficulties in the underground by using the Chamber air Curtain to design and perfect the two-level fan station.Three sets of feasible and economically reasonable optimization schemes are designed to solve the problems in the ventilation system,and some suggestions for concrete construction are given.(2)Three-dimensional graphics of q=f(?h,n)and Q=f(?H,R)were plotted using matable software,this paper analyzes the relationship between the air curtain ejection volume and the relative variables,and finds that there is a corresponding relationship among the number of the ejection air and the numbers of the fan and the pressure at both ends of the tunnel,and the ejection air volume is obviously changed with the variation of wind resistance.(3)Using Ansys Discovery Live software to simulate the airflow characteristics of air curtain outflow field,this paper analyzed the upward force of three shafts in the outlet of fan,obtained the streamline diagram and particle diagram of airflow in the outflow field,which intuitively explained the principle of the air curtain fan in the downhole operation.(4)According to the investigation of the downhole heat source,the heat source of the total heat were estimated release up to 15000 KW,the average temperature in the middle of deep well is more than 30 ?,and some specific cooling measures proposed based on the downhole thermal data analysis and evaluation.(5)Using Discovery Live software to simulate the fully mechanized face in the single head roadway,according to the simulation results,the ventilation method of long pressure and short pumping has obvious effect on the dust removal in the heading face,which can effectively solve the problem of the heat of the single head roadway in deep wells.
