Linxi Mine was founded in 1879.It is a low gas mine that has been mined for more than 130 years.Its annual production capacity is 1 million tons,with 1836 lanes,and the static pressure of the ventilation power unit is 3678.36 Pa.The current mine faces a series of complex problems that need to be resolved.First,the large amount of wind in the ventilation system is only used to maintain the minimum wind speed at each location.In order to improve the ventilation capacity utilization of the ventilation system,it is necessary to simplify the ventilation network of the system.In addition,Linxi Mine has already reached the 11 level,and then it will enter the deep 12 level for mining work.However,the static pressure of the ventilation power unit has exceeded the relevant requirements of the coal mine ventilation technical condition(AQ1028-2006)and the main ventilator has reached the maximum working capacity.It has been unable to adapt to deeper coal seam mining.It is necessary to conduct research on ventilation support and deep ventilation programs.On the basis of the actual survey of the mine,the ventilation simulation software MVIS is used to analysis of the status of mine ventilation system.This paper formulates a simplified program for mine ventilation network: close the main roadways and the surrounding crosscuts away from the mining area;repair the support damaged roadways;clean up the roadways that have caving.Based on the simplification of the ventilation network,the deep ventilation programs are further proposed.Finally,multivariate analysis method is used to select the best feasible solution among multiple programs.The solution of the above problems has reference significance for the study of mine ventilation network simplification,deep ventilation and reconstruction of ventilation system during deep mining of old mine.The paper has a picture 37,a table 33,and a reference 50.
