Considering the production safety of the fully-mechanized coal status quo and existing problems,the paper designed this monitoring system of hydraulic supports pressure in fully mechanized coalface and roof abscission layer displacement which integrates modern signal gathering, information processing and transmitting technology. With the underground monitoring substation and communication substation of the system as the main research contents,the paper designed the system function and structure firstly,and then introduced the related hardware circuits and software designs in detail, including the selection of equipment and functions of various modules and each part programming flowchart, etc.With hydraulic pressure and roof abscission layer displacement for monitoring objects, this monitoring system is composed of underground part and ground part.The ground part includes a ground receiving host and a computer,etc. The underground part includes sensors, monitoring substation, communication substation and electric source. The underground monitoring substation is installed in representative of the fully-mechanized stent for monitoring hydraulic supports pressure and roof displacement.Each substation with five sensors will acquires three channels of pressure and two channels of displacement when receiving data acquisition, transmits the data to communication substation through wireless/RS-485 bus after amplification and A/D conversion. The communication substation will stores the data and transmits them to the ground receiving host via PSTN.Combining mechanism,electron,sensor,data collecting,computer controlling technology organically,this system has not only solved many shortcomings of the existing systems,for example poor real-time data collection, low reliability of communication, observation inconvenient,high-costand so on, but also been able to further improve the running reliability of mine hydraulic support. And it is propitious to realizing mine automation.
