Study On Safety Production Supervision And Management Of Baoan District Government In Shenzhen

Safety production is a dynamic and dynamic work,which has the characteristics of comprehensive,long-term and complex,especially in the period of rapid social and economic development in Baoan District,the masses of the people are more urgent to the security needs,and put forward higher requirements for the safety production.At present,there are a large number of production and operation units in Baoan District,and the government's safety supervision force can not meet the actual work requirements.All kinds of production safety accidents occur.These factors directly affect the stability of the safety production situation in the whole region.Under this background,the author chose to study the supervision and management of the safety production of the government of Baoan District.Through field investigation,detailed data and scientific analysis,and using the experience of foreign developed countries for reference to the experience of safety production supervision,this paper comprehensively reflects the overall situation of Baoan District's current safety production,focuses on the analysis of existing problems and difficulties,and puts forward pertinent measures and suggestions aiming at these problems and difficulties.The level of overall safety supervision in Baoan District is raised.At the same time,it is hoped that the Baoan District safety production accident study will help to provide safe production supervision for areas like Baoan District,which have a large population,a wide area and many industrial enterprises.The contents of this paper include six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and mode of Baoan District's safety production supervision and the review of the research status of safety production supervision at home and abroad.The second part mainly expounds the core concepts and main theories of safety production.The third part introduces the current situation of Baoan District security management,expounds the current situation of the safety production supervision in Baoan District government departments,and analyzes the situation of Baoan District's safety production in recent years.The fourth part deeply analyzes the main problems of the Baoan District government's safety production supervision,including the weak security foundation,the lack of security supervision force,the crossing,the phenomenon of the security supervision and regulation,the failure of the safety supervision system and mechanism,the lack of theimplementation of the enterprise main responsibility and so on.The fifth part introduces the supervision of the safety production of 3 EU countries in Switzerland,Germany and France,and focuses on the experience of the 3 developed countries' safety supervision and regulation,and the enlightenment to the supervision of Baoan District's safety production.The sixth part is to study the current situation and Countermeasures of the Baoan District government's safety production supervision and control,and focus on the implementation of the enterprise safety production responsibility system.It is suggested that the government strengthen supervision and management through changing the mode of supervision,strengthening the enforcement of the law,perfecting the regulatory system and mechanism,and vigorously promoting education and training.
