The automatic control system of public equipment is more and more applied in the tobacco plant.The system according to the tobacco industry joint workshops,production of auxiliary and dynamic sensing device in the center of realtime data,combined with control logic utility equipment automatic control system,realtime adjusting parameters such as temperature and humidity inside the building,required by the production process in order to achieve the best condition;At the same time,it can guarantee the environmental requirements of the working area.Through the design and implementation of this system,the energy consumption and efficiency of the equipment can be greatly reduced.Since the 12 th five-year plan,all new cigarette factories have set the goal of saving energy and environmental protection,and have set up the automatic control system for public equipment.The energy consumption of air conditioning equipment accounts for about 1/5 of the energy consumption of tobacco plants,so air conditioning control is very important in the automatic control system of public equipment.With the breakthrough of some key technologies,the development of air conditioning control technology at home and abroad is rapid.In this paper,the automatic control system of air equipment in a tobacco factory is studied.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the air conditioning control strategy,and puts forward the energy saving and safety control strategy which is compatible with the energy consumption and environmental requirements of the tobacco plant.After the completion of this project,it will play a positive role in popularizing the automatic control system of public equipment in the tobacco industry.
