In the process of cheese dyeing,a large amount of powder auxiliaries are required to assist in dyeing.The traditional way is to weigh the ingredients by hand and transport them to the on-site of dyeing machine,and the dyeing machine operator will add the ingredients into the auxiliary cylinder of the dyeing machine manually and slowly.The materials cannot be poured out too fast,or it is easy to crystallize and block the pipe at the bottom of the auxiliary cylinder.This method has the disadvantages of high labor intensity,uncontrollable weighing precision,serious dust,and which cannot guarantee the final quality of yarn dyeing.A fully automated powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing system has been developed in foreign country,which is of a high degree of automation.However there are some problems such as equipment functions and processes cannot meet the domestic situation,high procurement costs,and after-sales service cannot keep up.In addition,the cost of domestic labor is getting higher and higher,the working environment of the dyeing plant is bad,so it is difficult to hire hands.Therefore,the development of independent intellectual property rights for the powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing system meets the urgent requirements of Chinese cheese dyeing industry.The powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing system is an automatic equipment which integrates the storage of powder auxiliaries,the weighing of powder auxiliaries,the dissolving of powder auxiliaries and the dispensing of powder auxiliaries.The whole set of equipment consists of several parts and equipments.Each part is responsible for some related functions and cooperate with each other to complete the powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing tasks.This paper analyzes the dosing,dissolving and dispensing of powder auxiliaries,and comprehensively uses the knowledge of machinery,automation,computers,sensors,industrial Ethernet,configuration software,and so on,to research and design the powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing system.In this paper,several key links and technologies in the process of powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing are analyzed and researched as following:1.According to the technical requirements of the powder auxiliaries,combined with the characteristics of main powder auxiliaries,the overall design protocol of the powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing system are determined from the perspectives of practicality,stability,weighing accuracy and overall efficiency of the system.According to the modular design concept,the system is divided into multiple modules according to the functions and structural features of the equipment to design.2.In order to ensure the timeliness and fairness of tasks,and improve the utilization rate of the dissolving cylinder,the multi-task scheduling method of this system based on priority was studied.In order to increase the speed and accuracy of the weighing materials,a relay-sized screw weighing system was researched and developed.Which improved the weighing accuracy of small materials by using the separate weighing method to reduce the range of single weighing materials,the weighing range required is also ensured by multiple weighing.Through iterative learning control,the closing value of the large spiral valve is automatically adjusted,so that the blanking error of the large spiral is within the allowable error of the weighing accuracy,and it matches the rough weighing material and the fine weighing material so that the small screw weighing material is not used as much as possible to improve the overall weighing speed.3.The material dissolving requests water to reach the appropriate temperature,which is obtained by mixing the hot and cold water in the factory.Two high sensitivity temperature sensors are installed in the tank and the inlet pipe.The temperature of cold water is a certain value for a certain period of time.Only the temperature of hot water fluctuates greatly.The mixture temperature of hot and cold water is controlled by a closed loop feedback control method aiming at the total heat energy of water.Cold water changes slowly with seasonal temperatures.The self-learning method is used to adjust the temperature of cold water to make the water temperature control more accurate.4.The hardware structure of the control system is designed,the communication network of the system is designed,and the anti-interference measures on hardware of the system are studied.According to the control requirements and process requirements of this system,the host computer software and PLC software of this system were developed.5.The system's heartbeat mechanism,task data cumulative sum check were studied to ensure the task security in the process of PC and PLC communication.Thewatchdog mechanism,sensor real-time detection and automatic fault handling mechanism of this system are studied to ensure the safety of the system equipment.6.The powder auxiliaries dosing,dissolving and dispensing system developed in this project have been applied to the actual production,and the control effect has been analyzed through the actual operation data.The security,reliability and stability of the system are analyzed,and the technical innovation of the system is compared with that of foreign equipment.
