Nowadays,more people buy fruits online under the environment of "Internet+".However,most of the quantitative packaging of fruit in stores adopts the traditional manual packaging,in which the workers have high labor intensity but low work efficiency.As a result,it is of great significance to realize the quantitative packaging of fruits to liberate workers from repetitive and meticulous work.In this paper,it mainly studies the two problems of dynamic weighing and quantitative batching according to the actual situation of quantitative weighing of small spherical fruits.In addition,it makes a brief demonstration and introduction to the mechanical platform of the quantitative weighing system for small spherical fruits,which also designs a quantitative weighing system.As for the material cutting,it is realized by using STM32 single chip microcomputer to control the step motor to indirectly control the sponge drum.When the speed of step motor is very low,it can realize the single batching of material with large time interval.Thus,it provides the possibility of high-precision quantitative weighing.In terms of the controller of this system,it can save the weighing data in SD card for subsequent data analysisIn the aspect of dynamic weighing,it has three processes in the process of quantitative batching,such as continuous batching,inching batching and static batching,which needs to use suitable filtering algorithm to process the data.Through the simulation analysis of IIR filter,recursive average filter algorithm,weighted recursive average filter algorithm and Kalman filter,an adaptive filtering algorithm was designed to improve the accuracy of dynamic weighing.In the aspect of quantitative batching,in order to give consideration to weighing accuracy and efficiency,the batching mode combining continuous batching and inching batching was designed Although the continuous batching efficiency is high,the precision is low.On the contrary,the inching batching efficiency is low,but the precision is high.To improve the overall work efficiency,it uses the iterative learning control in the continuous batching process,so as to reduce the number of inching batching and improve batching efficiency.Finally,it takes the winter jujube as the material to carry out the experiment on the experimental platform,which obtains good results.The number of inching batching can be controlled at about 3 times,and 90%weighing accuracy can be controlled at 1 material.
