| Digital printing as a combination of digital information technology and textile printing new technology.With its short production cycle,rich colors,energy saving and environmental protection,it has become the mainstream of industrial upgrading and technological innovation in the textile industry.Inkjet ink preparation is the core technology in digital printing applications.Due to the monopoly of foreign ink technology,there are few domestically produced high-quality inks.High ink costs hinder the popularization of digital printing,textile printing and dyeing companies can not scale applications.Localization of ink preparation technology is an effective method to reduce the cost of industrial-grade digital printing.Different digital printing machines use different nozzles,and the ink between them cannot be used in common.The price of imported ink supplied by various nozzle manufacturers is relatively high.There are many technical difficulties in ink preparation,such as ink composition,configuration process,and storage stability.In response to these problems,this topic is based on the Ricoh Gen 5 nozzle with a relatively high market share.Studies the reaction between reactive dye molecules and other molecules in the ink,especially the competitive reaction between dye molecules and polyol molecules and water molecules.Determined the matching and evaluation methods of materials in reactive dye ink jet inks.And evaluate the performance of the matching scheme.To evaluate the purity of reactive dyes from different manufacturers,choose Everzol~?P series reactive dyes.By studying the alcoholysis and reactive hydrolysis of reactive dyes,the effects of different materials on the reaction of reactive dye molecules with cellulose molecules were analyzed.The preferred ink preparation materials are:PVP K-90,Dynol 607,EH-9,EG,α-pyrrolidone,1,5-pentanediol,MIT and TEOA.The relationship between the concentration of reactive dyes and fixation rate and K/S value was analyzed,and the best mass fraction of reactive dyes and cellulose molecules was determined to be 7%~12%.The influence of the material on the flight path,velocity and shape of the ink droplets was analyzed.The mass fraction of the materials was determined as:PVP K-90 1.5%,EH-90.1%~0.5%,α-pyrrolidone 30%or EG 5%andα-pyrrolidone 20%.Ricoh Gen 5nozzle with ink The viscosity is 8~15 m Pa·s and the surface tension is 33~37m N/m.The best matching scheme determined using the orthogonal experiment method is:Everzol~?Turq.P-A 9%,PVP K90 1.2%,EH-9 0.3%,ethylene glycol 5%,α-pyrrolidone 20%,triethanolamine 0.15%,MIT 0.2%;Everzol~?Red CP-4B 9%,PVP K90 1.2%,EH-9 0.3%,ethylene glycol 5%,α-pyrrolidone 20%,MIT 0.2%and triethanolamine 0.2%;Everzol~?Yellow P-6GS 10%,PVP K90 1.5%,EH-9 0.5%,ethylene glycol 5%,α-pyrrolidone 20%,triethanolamine 0.15%,MIT 0.2%.Comparing the performance of the formula ink and the imported ink,it is found that the storage stability of the formula ink is excellent.The index and application performance are similar to the imported ink,which can replace the imported ink.The comprehensive cost of the formula ink is within 100 yuan/kg,far less than 400~500yuan/kg imported ink on the market.By studying the competitive reaction between reactive dyes and polyols and water molecules,it provides a theoretical basis for the selection of materials in reactive dye inkjet inks.By studying the effect of different materials on the performance of ink jet,the matching scheme of materials in the industrial grade digital printing active dye inkjet ink,and the indexes of the Gen 5 nozzle ink are determined.This provides a reference for the localization of ink preparation technology.Using formula ink instead of imported ink,reducing the cost of industrial-grade digital printing,and promoting the development of“green textile”. |
