The Application And Design Of The Digital Textile Printing Pattern

The digital printing technology, a breakthrough to the traditional printing technology, is the combination of the innovative design technology with the engineering technology. In this thesis, how to exploit the potential of the digital printing technology more to design the digital printing image of the fabric and apply these images on ready-to-wear garments and home textile effectively was researched from three aspects of digital printing: technology, design and application.In the preface of this thesis, the emerging background of digital printing technology was stated, and the current situation of digital printing image on design and research was detailed analyzed. Flowingly, in the first chapter, the digital printing technology on the characters, conditions, methods and the application field including home textiles, ready-to-wear garments, ornaments and tour textiles was stated. The second and third chapter dealt with the digital printing design conditions, design principals, design elements and design methods of digital home textile images and ready-to-wear garment images respectively. And then, in the fourth chapter, how to apply the digital printing images was stated, particularly from the aspects on the application methods and rules of digital printing home textile images and ready-to-wear garment images. In the final chapter, the conclusions were reached and the future researching orientation was presented.For the modern image designers, the final aims of designs are to fully exploit the potentials of digital printing technology to design the new-style fabric images with popular aestheticism and art value and apply effectively these images on home textiles, ready-to-wear garments and the like. By analyzing the technology, design and application of textile digital printing technology, the design elements, design principals and design methods on digital printing home textile images and ready-to-wear garments images and the correspond applying methods and rules of these images on home decoration were acquired.
