F.esculentum bee pollen is pollen ball formed by bee collecting pollens of Fagopyrum esculentum Moench and adding saliva and honey.Its chemical composition is complex and rich in proteins,fatty acids,amino acids,polysaccharides,vitamins and some small molecule compounds such as flavonoids compounds and other polyphenols.F.esculentum bee pollen has a wide range of biological activity,including anti-oxidation,anti-prostate disease,hypolipidemic,hypoglycemic,etc.At present,bee pollen has become an effective drug for the treatment of prostatitis.Buckwheat bee pollen,whether as a health product or a drug,is of great significance for studying its chemical composition.At present,there are few researches on the chemical composition of F.esculentum bee pollen in China and abroad.In order to utilize and develop this advantageous resource scientifically and reasonably,we studied F.esculentum bee pollen collected from Jingbian in Shaan?xi Province in China.Firstly,GC-MS was used to analyze the buckwheat bee pollen oil,and a total of 11 chemical components were analyzed.F.esculentum bee pollen oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The investigation of Buckwheat Bee Pollen led to the isolation of 16 compounds.The were identified as luteolin(1),resveratrol(2),kaempferol(3),?-daucosterol(4),caffeic acid(5),chlorogenic acid(6),rutin(7),Ergosterol peroxide(8),Octacosanol(9),2-?-D-glucopyranosyloxy-1-hydroxy-trideca-3,5,7,9,11-pentayne(10),?-D-Altp-OMe(N2-6)?-D-Glep-OMe(11),O-?-D-glucopyrano-syl-(1?4)-?-D-glucopyranosyl-(1?4)-?-D-glucop-yranosyl-(1?2)-?-D-fructofu-ranoside(12),(-)–catechin(13),Quercitrin(14),Oleanolic acid(15)and Tyrosol(16).Based on the previous work on separation,a HPLC method was firstly established for the quantitative analysis of 10 compounds isolated from the F.esculentum bee pollen and quantitative analysis of F.esculentum bee pollen in seven different regions the frist time,the results This method was proved to be accurate,reproducible and easy to operate,providing a reference for the chemical constituents of F.esculentum bee pollen.
