Nitroimidazoles drugs have strong killing effect on anaerobic bacteria,at the same time they have anti-protozoa,anti-trichomonal and anti-giardia activities.which is a common anti-protozoa infection and antibacterial drug in clinical medicine and livestock and poultry feed.However,these drugs and some of their metabolites have carcinogenic,teratogenic,mutagenic and genotoxic effects on livestock and poultry.The irrational use of nitroimidazoles in livestock and poultry feed will result in drug residues in edible animal tissues and thus endanger human safety.Therefore,monitoring of such drugs in animal tissues,excreta and feed is essential for food safety.Detection methods of nitroimidazoles drugs at home and abroad mainly include chromatography,gas chromatography-massspectrometryortandemmassspectrometry,liquid chromatography,liquidchromatography-massspectrometryortandemmass spectrometry,thin layer chromatography,immunoassays,etc.But these methods require relatively expensive equipment and have a higher requirement for laboratory personnel,as a result they are not suitable for widely used in township areas at the grass-roots level in China.So we need an operation is simple,rapid,high sensitivity,wide applicable scope of method to detect nitroimidazoles drugs.The flow injection chemiluminescence method is an effective trace analytical method with simple,high efficiency,high sensitivity,wide dynamic range and no gap.This method is widely used in drug analysis,material analysis,environmental analysis and other fields.But weak anti-interference ability of this method,it is difficult to accurately analysis of complex samples,therefore,study a kind of material which has the function of specific recognition received extensive attention of the researchers.Molecular imprinting is a technique for preparing polymer materials with specific recognition function for specific target molecules.This kind of polymer material is scheduled,identifiable and practical,so the molecular imprinting technology is widely applied in the separation,biotechnology,food safety,biomimetic sensors and other fields.Sensor technology is an important technology of information society.Sensor technology is convenient,intuitive,real-time and accurate.Combined with molecular imprinting technology to access flow injection chemiluminescence system,thus building up analysis method will have strong anti-interference ability,high sensitivity,simple operation,wide linear range,etc.In this paper,enhancement of the acidic potassium permanganat-formaldehyde chemiluminiscence system and alkaline-hydrogen peroxide-luminol luminescence system are studied in the first two chapters.The parameters of the system are optimized.Thus,a chemiluminescence method for the analysis of nitroimidazoles was established.In the last two sections,we mainly studied the preparation of polymeric materials for the specific identification of nitroimidazoles and combined with flow injection chemiluminescence system,and then the nitroimidazoles were tested.This study detected dimetridazole by the acidic KMnO4-HCHO-dimetridazole luminescence system.The results showed that the regression equation is?I=627.8c-0.7329.Linearly dependent coefficient is 0.9996,the detection limit is 5×10-55 mol/L,In the optimized experiment condition,the content of the dimethidazole was measured 11times and the relative standard deviation?RSD?of this method was 1.8%.The flow injection system was combined with luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence system to detect the content of metronidazole.The results showed that the linear range is 1.0×10-52.0×10-33 mol/L.The detection limit is 1.0×10-66 mol/L.11 parallel determinations were performed on 5.0×10-44 mol/L of metronidazole,with a relative standard deviation of 2.7%.The content of metronidazole tablets was measured by this method,and the results were consistent with the pharmacopoeia standard method.A molecularly imprinted polymer?MIP?which has the specific recognition function of ornidazole was compounded,and the ornidazole molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence sensor was made.The sensor combined with Luminol-H2O2luminescence system,the ornidazole was measured and the linear range is 2.0×10-58.0×10-4mol/L,linearly dependent coefficient is 0.9910,the detection limit is 8.0×10-7mol/L,applied in the analysis of actual samples and obtained satisfactory results.The molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence sensor method of the detection of4-nitroimidazole was established by molecularly imprinted polymer?MIP?and Luminol-H2O2 luminescence system,and a series of studies were carried out on the sensor.The 4-nitroimidazole was measured and the linear range is 5.0×10-66.0×10-4mol/L,linearly dependent coefficient is 0.9967,the detection limit is 2.0×10-7mol/L,and the relative standard deviation?RSD?was 3.2%.This method applied in the analysis of actual samples and the results were satisfactory.
