It is well known that chemiluminescence (CL) method is an important detection method, with the advantages of low detection limit, wide linear dynamic range and inexpensive instruments. However, relatively poor selectivity of CL method limits its application to determine analytes in complicated samples. So, it is urgent and significant to improve the selectivity of CL method.Molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) is an important molecular recognition material appeared in recent years. Recognition ability of some MIP to target molecule was comparable with crude molecular recognition system, such as enzyme to matrix, antibody to antigen, receptor to hormone. Currently, MIP has been successfully applied in chiral separation, solid phase extraction, chromatography separation, sensors and immunoassay etc. This thesis includes a review and a research section. The review includes the basic principles of molecular imprinting polymer (MIP), highlights the development with preparation and application of MIP in the recent years. The chemilumnescence behaviour of soluble Mn (Ⅳ) is also summarized here. In the research section, five new chemiluminescence systems were found. We have synthesized MIPs of indomethacin, tamoxifen and indapamide, and developed the molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence method for determination of them using these three imprinted polymers as recognition material. The research section includes five parts. In part one, a soluble Mn (Ⅳ)-formaldehyde-indomethacin chemiluminescence system was found. Using a synthesized indomethacin MIP as recognition material and soluble Mn (Ⅳ)-formaldehyde-indomethacin as detection system, a new molecule imprinted-chemiluminesence method of determination of indomethacin was established. The response range of this method was between l.0×10-7 and 1.0×10-5g/mL with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.994. The detection limit was 4×10-8g/mL. The relative standard deviation for 5.0×10-7g/mL of indomethacin solution was 3.1% (n=7). This method was applied to determine indomethacin in urine sample and satisfactory results were obtained. In part two, it was found the reaction between soluble Mn (Ⅳ) and tamoxifen can produce chemiluminescence and formaldehyde can enhance this chemiluminescence...
