Panjin City is an important chemical city in Liaoning Province with a total area of?4071km2,a total population of 1.287 million,and an urbanization rate of 83.6%.With the rapid development of the urban economy in recent years,the acceleration of urbanization,and the sharp rise in energy consumption,the atmospheric environment of Panjin has exhibited a marked compound pollution.At the same time,due to the close interaction between the atmospheric pollutants emitted from cities and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the central urban agglomerations in Liaoning Province,the concentration of atmospheric pollutants in Panjin is frequently exceeded,and the atmospheric pollution situation is severe.Fine particles(The concentration of pollutants such as PM2.5)and PM100 exceeded the national air quality standards.The Liaoning Provincial Government and the Panjin Municipal Government attach great importance to the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution.In order to effectively improve the quality of the atmospheric environment,it provides a scientific basis for the fine management of air pollution prevention and control.In this study,through the collection of Panjin City atmospheric monitoring data,atmospheric pollutant emission inventory,meteorological parameters,etc.,combined with field research and other work,using modified A value method and multi-source model method to calculate the atmospheric environmental capacity of Panjin and The atmospheric environmental capacity of SO2,NO2,and PM100 in each season calculated the environmental capacity of SO2,NO2,and PM100 in Panjin City to be 72,969tons/year,51,401 tons/year,and 26,750 tons/year,respectively.SO2 seasons for spring,summer,autumn and winter were 85,082 tons,73,115 tons,72,750 tons and 61,148tons respectively;NO2 seasons in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 59,934tons,51,504 tons,51,247 tons and 43,074 tons respectively;PM100 seasons in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 31,191 tons and 26,804 tons respectively.And26,670 tons,22,417 tons.From the spatial distribution point of view,urban environmental capacity is significantly higher than the county area,the central region is higher than the eastern and western regions,the lowest winter environmental capacity is significantly lower than the other three quarters.The calculation results of this study can provide support for the adjustment of industrial structure and layout of Panjin City,energy structure adjustment,permit management for discharge of pollutants,delineation of prohibited areas,and access to industries.Through the above research,we can start from various angles.Relevant environmental protection agencies provide total scientific evidence for total control.At the same time,the air quality model research methods used in this study can also be used as reference for other cities or regions in the calculation of atmospheric environmental capacity.
