The food safety problem has been widespread concerning,especially at the period of high incidence of food safety problems in China.People are highly sensitive to food safety issues,the government also attaches great importance to it.It is important to how reflecting and significance to improving the food security situation.In this study,the food safety status of Anhui province was studied in recent years based on the food safety supervision results.Objective: Through the analysis the data of of statistics national food safety supervision and sampling from 2015 to 2017 year of Anhui province,understand the the overall trend of food safety and the main problems,search key points for food safety supervision and the existing problems,explore how to optimize the food safety supervision and inspection work,improve the province's food safety and quality.Methods: In this study,we compared the difference of food safety inspection results between 2015,2016 and 2017 by comparative analysis,and analyzed the sample unqualified rate by chi square test.Excel was used for data sorting,and SPSS16.0 was used in statistical analysis.Through the way of semi-structured interview,we explored the problems and solutions in the actual working of food safety supervision.Results:The overall unqualified rate of food safety has not changed in three years,and the same is the case in urban and rural areas.There is no difference in the food failure rate between production and catering links.In 2016 and 2017,the unqualified rate of food safety in circulation is higher than that in 2015.Finished-parts storage area(checked)of production enterprises and the supermarket is the main place of sampling,the sampling batches in them more than eighty percent of the total batches,the sum of its food unqualified rate has not changed.In terms of kinds of food,dairy products,cocoa and roasted coffee products and food additives did not check out the unqualified samples in three consecutive years,cereals processing,cooking oil and grease and its products,edible agricultural products,tea and other related products,meat,pastry,beverage,wine and spices,a total of nine categories of food is the main object of supervision and sampling inspection.The unqualified rate of cakes,drinks and alcohols are relatively higher.The unqualified inspection items checked out in three years mainly in excessive use of food additives,below-standard indexes of quality,microbiological pollution and illegal add.The percentage of excessive use of food additives,illegally added,overweight heavy metal residues,biotoxin exceeding standard,overweight veterinary drug residue and other pollutants exceeds is declining,below-standard quality indexes is relatively stable,microbial pollution and pesticide residue standard unqualified proportion rises year by year.The interview found that the logistics support work for supervision and sampling work needs to be strengthened,and the sampling resources for food safety supervision at the grass-roots level are insufficient,and the working ability of the personnel needs to be improved.According to the results of data analysis and interview,this paper studies the optimization of supervision from the aspects of introducing social resources,strengthening the supervision of the third party inspection institutions,increasing the basic research on supervision and sampling,establishing the database of production and operation enterprises,and strengthening the post disposal work.Conclusion: In recent years,the food safety situation in Anhui is generally stable,and food safety situation in certain foods have been improved.Serious food safety problems such as food additives over range used,illegal addition,heavy metal residue exceeding standard,excessive biological toxin,excessive veterinary drug residues and other pollutants exceeded the standard are declining.The batch inspection of food safety supervision has increased obviously,and the sampling inspection is more standard and strict.
