Study On Ecological Of Liaoning Marine Environment Under The View Of Ecological Civilization Construction

With the rapid development of the world economy,the overall quality of life and spiritual construction of human beings have been greatly improved,but most of the development of the world economy is at the cost of environmental resources.The threat of ecological environment has gradually spread all over the world,even has become a serious problem threatening the survival and development of human beings.The economic development of many regions of the world is inversely proportional to the local ecology.For coastal countries or cities,the problem of marine ecological environment has a long history,but has not received due attention.In China,whether in the face of various new problems in the development of the times or in solving the problems of the economic environment existing in the society itself,it is necessary to solve the problems in the horse.Under the guidance of Kesiism ecological civilization view,this paper studies the marine ecological environment.The paper first discusses the importance of marine ecological environment protection and Marxist ecological civilization and other related theories,and combined with the 18 th National Congress of the Central leadership of the General Secretary of the Xi Jinping to elaborate on the construction of ecological civilization;Secondly,under the thought of ecological civilization construction,this paper studies the ocean problems in Liaoning Province,especially how to deal with the relationship between marine resources and environment.From a realistic point of view,it can improve the current situation of marine environmental pollution in Liaoning Province of China,enhance the development of competitive competition,and address marine ecological environment problems for other coastal cities or provinces of China.Coordinate the development of resources and environment to lay a solid foundation.Theoretically speaking,it can not only perfect the relationship between marine resources and economic development,but also lay a solid foundation for future research.Finally,the damage of marine resources in Liaoning Province in the process of economic development is analyzed,as well as the problems existing in the marine ecological environment of Liaoning Province,and the strategies and methods to solve them are analyzed.Through the research,it is found that controlling the pollutant discharge,improving the government's ruling power and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations can effectively improve the problems existing in Liaoning's marine resources and coordinate the rapid development of the economy.
