Research On The Evaluation Of Coal-fired Value Of Thermal Power Generation Enterprises

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,the state proposed "low emission,low coal consumption and high efficiency"for thermal power plants,forcing the thermal power industry to continue to carry out energy-saving and environmental protection reforms,coal-fired strategic management,and mergers and acquisitions and reorganization of enterprises and other measures to reluctantly maintain thermal power.produce.For thermal power companies,an important way to maintain the economic and environmental protection requirements of production is to increase the value of coal burning.It is understood that the coal-fired power plant costs account for 70%of the total production cost,and coal-fired power is also the main source of gas and solid pollutants in thermal power plants.Therefore,increasing the economic value of coal-fired power generation is in line with the economic benefits of production.Also reflects the requirements of environmental protection.This paper adopts a theoretical and practical analysis method to evaluate the coal-fired power plant’s coal-fired value.The main content is located in the coal-fired value composition,analysis and evaluation path.The research idea is to use the existing resources value flow analysis method to further expand and apply it to coal-fired value assessment.Finally,we use the case to demonstrate.The analysis of resources value flow facilitates the analysis of the production process and the interpretation of the two-dimensional problem of coal-fired "economy-environment" for thermal power generation companies.At present,the method of value analysis in the resources value flow is difficult to implement for the enterprise in determining the number of negative products and the value calculation.The coal-fired value framework that has been constructed after analysis helps companies to analyze coal-fired values and improve economic and environmental decisions.The study found that the economic value of coal-fired coal relies on "coal-fired production-electricity output," however,a large number of coal-fired production will inevitably increase the environmental protection taxes and environmental damage associated with coal-fired and cause environmental damage.Finally,the research suggests that thermal power plants use resources value flow analysis methods to collect and refine the data of coal-fired material flow at the production level,construct a coal-fired value assessment system,and use the coal-mass mix-and-adjustment variable to give power plants To bring economic and environmental benefits,increase the economic value of coal burning,and reduce the loss of environmental value.
