With the increasing attention to the environment,people prefer to choose products made from natural ingredients when they choose to buy products.Products made of natural components will not cause much burden to the environment when they are produced or used.At the same time,when people are used,they are easy to be absorbed by the skin and have little side effects on the skin.In recent years,the rapid development of the medical cosmetic industry,all kinds of medical cosmetic products to meet the needs of the United States,at a snail mucus or silk fibroin as the main component of the product,because it contains beneficial ingredients to the skin in its composition,use in the medical cosmetic industry the rate gradually increased.In this paper,we mixed the snail's mucus and silk fibroin in order to analyze and discuss the properties of the composite,as a preliminary research to explore the product that has both skin repair and skin care effect,and provide experimental evidence for the development of this kind of composite product.By selecting the mucus secreted by white jade snails,the snail's mucus can be roughly divided into thick and water parts.The molecular weights,elements and amino acid contents of two different states of mucus are analyzed.In order to facilitate the inquiry and performance characteristics of snail mucus silk fibroin polyblend materials,regardless of the state of the mucus and mucus,silk fibroin in different proportions to form a freeze-dried material and blending membrane,appearance comparison of different proportion of the blends,explore the impact of blending on both structural conformation and microstructure.Finally,the biocompatibility of the blends on HS865 human skin fibroblasts and the antibacterial properties of blends against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were discussed.Experimental results show that the molecular weight and amino acids were analyzed according to the different state of mucus,found the molecular weight and amino acid composition of both differences in elemental analysis,snail mucus thicker parts of the element species compared to the watery part of elements are many types.Through micro analysis,the distribution of snail mucus sample surface accumulation of particles at the 10-50 nm level in diameter;snail mucus and silk fibroin blend freeze-dried appearance of the samples showed a mesh structure,the surface of spherical particles;the morphology of snail mucus and silk fibroin blend membranes,with the increase of snail mucus,the aggregation of protein the mucous membranes and silk.We found that HS865 human skin fibroblasts have better adhesion of the material,but the pure silk fibroin compatibility is better than that of snail mucus protein,antibacterial properties of different proportions of snail mucus and silk fibroin blend of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are different,both in composite materials together,biological properties a variety of characteristics can complement each other,work together to build the role of biological materials.
