Highway informationization condition and traffic accident rescue level to enhance the level of highway traffic safety and information service importance,from the point of view of the trend of highway operation management,on the basis of digital development to the direction of network,integration and intelligence of growing demand,existing highway network monitoring,emergency response,information release,and other operations management business informatization development business system construction and the lack of coordination,linkage and results in a lack of contact between system,resource sharing and cross.system collaboration,to improve the existing informatization environment,information collection,in order to meet the highway operation management,emergency linkage,information release and a series of new requirements.Therefore,the research and construction in Henan province highway network integrated safety regulation and emergency linkage,information release,and other functions of information system to solve the new problems in the highway network management are imperative in Henan province,through perfecting the highway network operation management,emergency command,safety supervision,information release,and other functions,and prevent the second chain of accidents,the social benefit is remarkable.This paper has established the Henan province highway network monitoring emergency linkage information release system architecture,and the high speed highway network monitoring in Henan emergency linkage information release system has carried out preliminary design.Based on the analysis of the forecast and analysis theory of the road network in the system and the impact analysis of traffic events,the system will lay the foundation for the application of the system in Henan province.Specific contents include:(1)The investigation of relevant literature in.depth analysis and study,improve the henan province highway network based information collection and key nodes,main road,on the existing information to collect a comfortable feeling to increase information collection point,rich in the cross section of the road traffic flow,speed and other information collection way.(2)To have access to all kinds of information,combining with the characteristics of unique geographical location and transportation in Henan province,Henan province highway operation situation analysis method is put forward,situational analysis of highway operation model is established,and the typical sections and running situation of the key nodes are predicted.(3)Considering the numerous evaluation methods,different methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and the evaluation methods are comprehensively screened and the research methods based on data fusion are selected.For high speed traffic managers to provide a good platform for real time monitoring of highway system in the area of traffic running state,and reviewing the accident caused by factors such as emergency evacuation and induction strategy in time,in addition to provide emergency linkage information,reasonable guide to travel.(4)To realize the decision support for management department and the public highway linkage information services,provide to the administrative departments of the government,the highway transportation decision support auxiliary information,and to provide the public travel information services such as monitoring,emergency command,realize the normalized management and emergency treatment of information release.
