The road traffic of western remote areas in China undertakes strategic tasks in development of "The Belt and Road" and social stability.The routine transport and disposal of emergencies basic rely on road transport.The western remote area,taking Xinjiang as the typical representative,has the characteristics of the highway layout of the wide area sparse road network,with Vast area and low road distribution density.The occurrence of various natural disasters on highways causes highway damage and blocking,and has a great impact on transportation.Therefore,when natural disasters occur,it is necessary to seize the road in time to ensure the road transport,and to reduce the loss caused by natural disasters to a great extent.How to configure and schedule emergency resources efficiently and orderly is very important for Natural disaster of highway.This paper,taking Xinjiang as an example,analyzes the highway network and highway environment structure and the natural disaster type and distribution of highway,extracts the characteristics of road network and natural disaster,and extracts the natural disaster of highway through the analysis of the main forms of highway natural disaster emergency process and road damage and the method of highway damage emergency location.The key mechanism of disaster emergency is set up,and the number of emergency disposal capacity modules of the road damage base and emergency equipment are set up,and the minimum emergency disposal unit is constructed and random set up is carried out.The paper using Visual Basic as the development tool,applying MapX control to load the Map Info map of Xinjiang highway network,and utilizing Access database to design the database management,set up the emergency resource scheduling platform of Xinjiang highway emergency to realize real-time scheduling of emergency resources such as automatic resource allocation and route guidance when dealing with highway natural disasters.
